Check-in and Check-out was seamless. They welcomed our dog like part of the family. Room was bright and clean. Complementary breakfast was beyond my expectations. delicious and a whole menu to choose from. Pet friendly was a big factor. I will definitely be back.
The bathroom products were over scented. It would be nice to have an unscented option. However the fact that they support local was a bonus. The smell of hydraulic oil in the elevator was harsh also, however, I did not mention any of this to the staff.

The room was very comfy, quiet and clean. I loved the black out blinds. Made for a very good nights sleep. The decor was superbly selected, fresh and airy. I loved the East Coast toiletries, the smell of rosemary and mint was so therapeutic and warm. Excellent quality. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. I love the airiness and freshness of the hotel. The attention to detail from the wall paper, art and furniture. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant was superb!
The long wait to be served breakfast on the second morning. We sat for 15 minutes before someone came to table and over 40 minutes from when we placed our order. They were definitely under staffed. It would of been nice if the staff explained to us that things would be slow. We would not have had a problem. We understand the challenges faced when short staffed. Best to be up front with your customers. Instead they avoided us until we had to inquire as to what was happening with our breakfast.
The breakfast was superb. The room was fantastic with hardwood floors, heated bathroom floor and two robes on our bed ready to use. Comfy bed and great restaurant where we enjoyed a beautiful meal. Friendly staff in the outdoor pub and indoor restaurant.
