Pros:

内装はコンクリートでオシャレな感じでした。

Cons:

まず、荷物を預ける際誰でも取れるような場所に鍵をして自己判断でお願いしますと言われましたが、そもそも鍵もなく、そのことをオペレーターに言ったら、ほかに預けて欲しいと言われました。あと、部屋の壁が薄く隣の人の声が丸聞こえでした。トイレが共通というのも気持ち的に嫌でした。男女で分かれていなかったです。あと、部屋にいたらいきなりドアの鍵が大音量で鳴りました。多分他の人が開けようとして暗証番号を間違えたからだと思います。正直ちょっと残念でした。けど、素泊まりでただ荷物を置いたり寝るだけの人はいいと思います。

For the price there should have been a toilet and sink in the room.
Also should have been cleaner. Spots on the sheets and a hair in the bed.

Recommended for people who are not sensitive and sleep late.
Pros:

You can actually see it exactly as it appears in the photo. I made a reservation because I liked the layout of the room, so I am satisfied with the facilities in the room.

Cons:

Since it is an unmanned hotel, I inquired via message, but the staff member who responded was insincere. The cleanliness of the room and the management of the common space are poor.The room right next door is a beauty salon, but it is not soundproofed at all.

Pros:

Compact yet comfortable room. The fan on the ceiling circulates the air and shower in a room is a big plus. I appreciate the fan on the ceilingEasy access to restaurants and bus terminal by walk.

Cons:

Would be nice if they allow to check in little earlier, it was difficult to use the luggage storage area. Had to move the desk in a room to have a better lighting.

Genrally it was a very good hotel, close to Tenjin area, clean and good service.
Pros:

First time trying unmanned hotel, we were worrying how could we get room service when things happen. Luckily, the tablet in the room is very easy to use and understand. The kettle broke in the 3rd day of our trip, the staff immediately bring us a new kettle to use. All the staff we met are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

You can literally hear the next door. The next door complained us being noisy but we were not even speaking loud, and we can hear what they say pretty clearly, too.
Not much privacy.
