Disappointing experience
Pros:

Resort's location is very distinguished with high potential.

Cons:

It wasn't our first stay in this hotel. However, it was the worst:
- No hotel's maintenance, especially in the pool and spa section, kids area partially closed.
- No 5 stars services.
- Minimal staff.
Such a resort should be strictly and always on top 🔝 ...with some additional efforts they may be reach the 5 stars services.

Best views and comfortable stay
Pros:

Amazing views and chalet was amazing, staff were very friendly and attentive

Cons:

If you dont have a car, hotel doesn’t provide much support in handling luggage or providing taxis which was difficult given its a bit remote.

Personnel du restaurant-bar de l'hôtel très peu chaleureux
Restaurant TAJ clairement pas à la hauteur d'un tel hôtel (gastronomie libanaise plus que moyenne)
La vue : nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue et nous nous sommes retrouvés à flanc de montagne ! Nous avions donc vue sur ... De la roche ! Alors que l'autre côté de l'hôtel avait une vue superbe et que l'établissement ne semblait pas complet.

I enjoyed my stay and the beautiful ehden village but may not consider again.
Pros:

It’s very beautifully located, well designed, spacious and cozy. It has beautiful view and very calming vibes.

Cons:

With all respect, I did not appreciate that the property does not employ local citizens in variety of roles, particularly kitchen and restaurants. I also was expecting to see more fresh local products served as gesture to community like in the breakfast some fresh juice, the reputed local knefe, locally produced jam…

Exceptionnel en temps normal, décevant en semaine
Pros:

Le confort des chambres et la vue sur la vallée

Cons:

L hotel est en sous regime en semaine.
La piscine est froide, le jacuzzi a peine chaud.
Pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Tres peu de personnel. Et les serveurs ne parlent ni anglais ni français.
Et pas de reduction sur le prix…

Price is not worth the service
Cons:

The AC was not very functional and kept on fluctuating all night long. They charged us for the complementaries that were not in the mini bar. Complementary coffee and tea for 2 pple were not provided either, we had to ask for it. Doors kept banging all night long. Over rate hotel, not worth the price at all.

It was a lovely stay at your hotel
Pros:

Breakfast variety is really good, rooms are clean and has nice earth colors which I like. We will definitely come back when snow is here.

Cons:

I would expect a better coffee quality in the rooms for a five stars hotel. A small nespresso machine will make it a better experience for those who are coffee lovers like me and my husband :) 3 in 1 nescafe disappointed us a bit. however, to be fair, when we ordered the espresso to the room, they offered it complimentary which is a nice gesture from the hotel. I think breakfast staff needs to be more smiling, however, the ones at reception were very friendly with lovely smiles :)
