Bon séjour.
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse. La salle de bain est grande.

Cons:

C'est peu insonorisé. C'est assez élevé comme tarif tout en sachant qu'il n'y a pas le petit déjeuner qui est compté dedans.

Gute Unterkunft, aber keine Infrastruktur
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer in einem Blockhaus. Die Balken quer durch den Raum sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Moskitogitter an den Fenstern.

Cons:

Keine Person anwesend. Instruktion und Ablauf für Check-In nur in englischer Sprache! Hey, das ist Berner Oberland, dort wird Deutsch gesprochen!
Nicht geeignet für ÖV-Reisende weil weder ein Restaurant noch ein Verkaufsladen vor Ort sind.

Cosy and warm stay
Pros:

Overall it was a nice experience.
-The room was very clean and warm.
-The hosts were there if you needed anything.
-Even though the shelter was not at all soundproofed during the night it was very quiet.

Cons:

The three things that I would like to mention as cons are:
-when I booked the room it mentioned that breakfast is included-one thing that is very important for us as a family of 4 person. Instead when I arrived I was informed that I have to prepare it by myself in the common kitchen, buy all the necessary shopping in order to prepare it and at the end wash every dish or pot I used. So with two kids imagine the time consuming.
-the kitchen was outside of the shelter so everyday we had to get out(it had -1 C and lower most of the days)again with two kids was extremely difficult. Whoever has kids knows!!
Probably if we were only the two of us(parents) the things would be easier.
-about the location: you needed car to go to Gstaad which is around 10min distance but the return was 20min to 30min due to traffic.

Pros:

Clean, kind staff, good breakfast, good location

Cons:

The walls are not sound insulated and you can hear every word from the room next door. We could hear loud conversations late at night. Other than this, everything else was positive about this hotel.
