L’arredamento delle camere è datato, usurato e non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle. Alla reception dell’hotel e in tutte le aree comuni vi è un persistente cattivo odore. In generale un hotel sconsigliato per il rapporto qualità prezzo

Very disappointing experience as a whole. Would not reccomend if you are expecting a 4 star hotel beacuse this isn’t it
Pros:

The location was fine and breakfast was descent.

Cons:

The interior was poor and very old, scratched doors inside rooms with paint falling off, closets whose doors can’t fully close. The worst thing was a really BAD smell in whole hotel all day long, as well as in the rooms (especially in the bathrooms of the rooms coming from the toilet). The products they use for cleaning are so chemical and that smell is extremely unpleasant! The staff wasn’t very helpful or polite, they seem uninterested for helping the customers. Hotel definitely doesn’t deserve 4 stars. The elevator for staff wasn’t working and nobody didn’t try to fix it, so the customers and staff were using the same elevator which is too small, slow and it’s very hot inside of it. To use the outdoor pool you have to pay which is ridiculous for a “4 star hotel”.

All in all, the location was excellent, the staff were super friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

Room was clean, comfy and well equipped. Pool I haven't tried it but I saw it, cosy and clean. Spa I haven't tried it but heard good things from other guests. Loved all the staff members super friendly and hospitable.

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like anything but the breakfast options in the breakfast room could use improvement.

This hotel primary and only driver is to earn us much possible on the guest, and that something you wil recognise in every detail. Simply their focus is on profit and they dont event pretend to care about the guest.

Das Hotel wäre vermutlich ganz ok aber das Zimmer was wir hatten war unterirdisch und total überteuert. Ich hatte das Gefühl in einem Keller zu sein obwohl es im EG lag. Total feucht und muffig.
