Staff not cooperative
4 out of 8 nights air condition was not working during summer , we tried with hotel staff but were not helping. We had to wait till next day and when they came they said it’s normal. They didn’t offer any support. Till last day air condition was not working so we stayed in the heat. Also the exhaust fan in toilet was not working. To solve this the hotel brought a normal fan .

Colazione passabile, piscina sul terrazzo brutta ma almeno riervata e con bella vista sulla città.
Colazione passabile, piscina piano interrato soffocante , SPA mi sembra una defizione davvero non appropriata, una sauna bollente e praticamente non utilizzabile, sauna sempre fredda. In generale nelle camere non ci sono campanelli sicurezza nei bagni, la camera è rimasta come l'intero albergo agli anni 70. Un 30 % del personale con modi quasi professionali, il restante altezzoso e scostante, hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire poco graditi ( italien...), richiesta cauzione di 200 euro per ....... minibar vuoto e anche se ho chiamato in camera un addetto che ne prendesse atto è rimasto vuoto.

Location is great. The spa is spacious and the pool is nice. The cleaning ladies were wonderful.
Not very welcoming and attentive reception. The rooms are basic. Not enough plugs, no proper bed lights.
L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont agréables et confortables. L’accueil est très bon et le personnel sympathique. L’emplacement est également excellent.
Le seul point négatif est que nous n’avons pas été informés avant notre arrivée que l’accès à la piscine extérieure était payant. Cette information devrait être indiquée plus clairement lors de la réservation.
