Pros:

A great location as it is only a five minute walk into town and only a two minute walk to the beach - you walk out of the hotel and you are on the beach, fantastic. I was attending a conference so unfortunately I didn't find the time to take full advantage of all of the beautiful beaches that are along the coast.
