Swimming pool is not that good. It's 4feet only. Doesn't feel like to go and jump.

Pros:

Good price for decent location and reasonably clean rooms

Cons:

Rooms were over perfumed. Some rooms have all windows sealed which makes natural ventilation a challenge.
Very loud music (high bass) from the restaurant on the terrace which reaches the rooms and can be disturbing at night (till 1 am)

Great hotel, but watch out for late night events!
Pros:

Great hotel and supportive staff... good breakfast options. Location is also convenient. Manager is very helpful with all the suggestions etc...

Cons:

Dinner options just Ok,. most importantly, they have live music late in night (upto 12am), which was quite disturbing... even when I called regarding it at 1130pm in night, they said they have music till 12! Not good if you want sound sleep!
Also the bed was too soft for my comfort.

Really good for the value. Definitely would recommend others.
Pros:

We really liked the location. There were plenty of restaurants around. They have their own restaurant and a bar on the rooftop with a great view of the sunset.

Cons:

Pool could use a bit more maintenance.

Definitely not worth 4 stars: poor hygiene, noise disturbance, and zero communication

Wij zijn erg teleurgesteld over dit hotel. Het pretendeert 4 sterren te bieden, maar een gemiddeld hostel is nog schoner en klantvriendelijker.
* Hygiëne & Onderhoud: Bij aankomst was de kamer niet klaar voor 3 personen en de tegelvloer was zo vies dat we om slippers moesten vragen. De eerste avond hadden we koud douchewater en een kapotte lamp. Na een warme dag buiten kwamen we de tweede avond terug in een ongepoetste, vieze kamer.
* Service & Communicatie: Het personeel bij de receptie spreekt geen Engels; alle communicatie moest via Google Translate. Een normaal gesprek voeren of een klacht oplossen is niet mogelijk. In plaats van verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor de ontbrekende schoonmaak, kregen we wisselende en vreemde smoesjes — zo werd er beweerd dat ze kamers niet schoonmaken zonder expliciete toestemming (iets wat in een hotel natuurlijk de standaard hoort te zijn). Pas toen we aangaven de klacht via Booking te escaleren, werd er plotseling een upgrade aangeboden — veel te laat als je vermoeid bent en 's ochtends vroeg weer door moet.
* Geluidsoverlast & Faciliteiten: Elke avond is er luide feestmuziek vanaf het rooftop-restaurant op de 3e verdieping te horen, wat rusten of op tijd slapen onmogelijk maakt. Daarnaast sloot het zwembad al voor 21:00 uur, terwijl dit tot 22:00 uur open zou zijn.
Een welkomstdrankje bij binnenkomst maakt het gebrek aan basishygiëne, service en nachtrust absoluut niet goed. Tot overmaat van ramp kwam er op de ochtend van vertrek niemand bij de receptie terug op het gesprek en onze klachten van de avond ervoor; men deed alsof hun neus bloedde. Absoluut geen aanrader voor deze prijs.

A Boutique Stay
Pros:

This is a small boutique hotel with a good view of the lake from the higher floors. The rooms are nice, spacious and well appointed. It features two restaurants - one is a rooftop without AC and the other is with the AC (it was under renovation when we visited). The rooftop overlooks the lake which is very nice. Lanka who took care of our rooms was very responsive.

Cons:

The response of the staff at the Rooftop was wanting. The serving staff except for one lady were very untrained and the supervisor was very brash. We had 4 meals including breakfasts. The rating I would give is 3/5 for the service and the breakfast layout where generally every food item was cold without and heating arrangement. The car parking is an open unused plot and open to dust.
