Good hotel rooms, but unprofessional in room dining experience
Pros:

Rooms are clean, amenities present like a 3 star. Room size is good with attached balcony in an elite room where I stayed for 2 days.

Cons:

The in room dining service is pathetic. One day they took order and forgot, I followed up after 2 hours to get it...on top of it...the guy on other side told me that I must have put the order in some other number....just ridiculous behaviour. The other day I ordered something and the delivery was something else...they changed it when I complained them about additional charges ...and they found that they have added a 700 rupees item without me ordering it...full comedy of errors.

Good and relaxed stay
Pros:

The room was very spacious with, clean bathroom. Amazing terrace resturant good food and beautiful veiw of the lake. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.. they also arranged our sightseeing tour in udaipur.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Pros:

Value for money. Friendly in room staff, house keeping and Adil from front desk.
Good view and rooftop restaurant with live music had some amazing vibes. Food was decent. We were upgraded to higher category room and liked the room.

Cons:

Two things I did not like. Number one- the reception staff asked me to open booking.com app and while I was making final payment he decided to post review from my phone without even asking or taking my consent which was outrageous. Ideally I would have given a good review but this was not expected at all.
2. Primary reason of booking the property was it stated it has temperature controlled pool. On reaching and asking I was informed though they have it, it’s normally kept closed in summers (early March) and it takes two days for them to warm it. So basically anyone having stay upto 2 days cannot enjoy it. This should ideally have been put up as a disclaimer.

Amazing stay, easy access and beautiful view.
Pros:

Location is excellent, just outside the old town, staff were courteous and responsive and quick to correct their mistake. Overall vibe of the hotel is trendy, rooms are large and spacious. The restaurant on the top floor serves good food with a fantastic view of the lake.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better, should include sambhar and have a pepper coffee machine

Beautiful calm hotel very friendly staff
Pros:

Room was great, very spacious. Beautiful bathroom & toiletries. Swimming pool was lovely. Majority of staff were super friendly & couldn’t have done enough for us. We booked 3 nights - our first was for a very early/late check in at 4am after a train arrival into Udaipur. We greatly appreciated all communication/support with our request here.

Cons:

Breakfast was rather disappointing & I feel let things down. On our check-out day we tried to have breakfast at 8am (start of session as advertised) but were told to come back in 10 minutes. Person in charge here was quite rude & we felt were totally disorganised & not very accommodating. In addition on our 1st day we had a much later breakfast & very few tables available & limited food left & our 2nd morning ordering hot food (omelettes etc) took a long time. Might be an area to look at as it is a really nice place to stay.

Questo hotel è sicuramente il migliore dove abbiamo soggiornato finora, la mia amica ed io ci siamo sentite a nostro agio. La camera era accogliente e con un’aria condizionata che funzionava benissimo (cosa non così scontata) letti comodi, asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno e bottigliette d’acqua rifornite quotidianamente. Al quinto piano il ristorante con una bella vista sul lago, i piatti che venivano serviti erano preparati con cura e perfino la pizza era ottima. Il personale attento e disponibile, un particolare ringraziamento a Jogendra il ragazzo che serviva la colazione e ai due ragazzi addetti alle pulizie delle camere. Ottima la colazione. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Lovely relaxing hotel with splendid rooftop bar
Pros:

A Spotless hotel with a cool rooftop bar and restaurant. During our stay it was Holi and there was a great live band playing on the rooftop. Our spacious bedroom was light and airy with a very comfortable bed. The reception staff were exceptional and especially Ankit, who was charming and helpful. We enjoyed not being bang in the centre for the quiet and relaxation. The walk to town was easily manageable or a short tuk tuk away.
