Great hotel, even better staff
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with beautiful decor and modern rooms, great bar on the rooftop with quality food, drink and views. The staff went above and beyond - special shoutout to Kamlesh ji and Steve! Would 100% recommend

The experience, the courtesy, the location was awesome. It was spic n span. The live music band was fantastic & yes the food, chummasing .

Right from reception till the guard person, they were so welcoming. Mr Kamlesh Mr Ankit n all really very helpful, Enjoyed

Very pleasant but more for younger people

Pros:

All the staffs are good except we had a incidence at night in Soul restaurant.
It was not a good experience in soul .
Rest all is good .
Steve and all other staff , mr meghawal are very helpful and kind .Steve and s very nice person always there for help .

Cons:

The soul Restaurant, here there are from Friday to Sunday music and party s so till 11.30 to 12 there will be some noise on weekends.
Otherwise it’s very good

It was a very nice, comfortable and memorable stay at this hotel because of amenities and services.

Solid base for a stay in Udaipur
Pros:

Exceptional service, particularly from Steve! He went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Check in process very smooth and closer to that of a five star hotel. Beautiful view from the terrace bar of the lake. While we did not use the pool it looked great. The location is in a nice quiet area and probably around a 5-10 minute ride into the old city area, with no issues being able to connect with a driver through apps. Our room was of a reasonable size, cleaned daily, and nicely equipped.

Cons:

Some minor communication barriers with other staff leading to a few mix ups. The shower drained quite slow leading it to flood into the rest of the bathroom - not the end of the world as there is another area it can drain to (bidet drain) but a tad inconvenient walking on a wet floor the rest of the time you need to use it.

Steve was very good.

Cons:

We booked 3 rooms, Extremely poor standard hotel.
Rooms were reasonable size, shower was terrible, rainfall head not working, shower head in fixed position, very high water pressure.
All the towels need replacing.
Extremely loud music all 3 nights we were staying, we were only informed about load music when we checked in, very uncomfortable last night as we had and early flight.
Only saving grace was Steve, who was good during our stay.
My son had ants in his room, loud noises most of the night.
Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone and it's only a basic 3* Hotel and not 4* as advertised on Booking.com
