AVOID this hotel

Yogita at reception was the most understanding person in the hotel.

Cons:

I booked room with jacuzzi based on photographs for 4 nights. When I reached there, I realised that this hotel has two parts - one very old and one new one. They have only one jacuzzi room and that is on ground floor in old part. It stinks. It's not well planned. I had no choice here. When I started using jacuzzi, fortunately (yeah, you will find out soon), it stopped working immediately. I complained about this and thus they had to change my room to another room in new wing with bathtub. This was a good room. But I had got this only for 3 nights instead of 4. I didn't make a fuss as that's not my nature. On the last day, back to jacuzzi room, just managed one night!

I also didn't like that this hotel has a small restaurant that becomes too crowded as it's open for public. It becomes quite loud during from Thursday to Sunday as there is live music.

Fantastic hotel - one of the best I've stayed at in India
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful property, especially the rooftop restaurant. The staff were extremely professional & warm. Quiet location, away from the hustle & bustle of town.

Cons:

The sound of the music was very high on the terrace. We requested your staff to lower it as it was 11 pm and we couldn’t sleep. They said it will be playing till midnight and next night too it will be played. We were quite disappointed and left the hotel premises next morning and moved to another hotel. I would request that your staff should be little more considerate towards customers request.

Pleasant. Aesthetic. Cozy.
Pros:

The property is extremely beautiful and cozy. Every corner has something aesthetically pleasing. The staff there were extremely helpful and polite. Right from the check-in process till the checkout, we were looked after really well. Will definitely stay here again.
