My 3-day stay was a pleasant experience.
Pros:

Convenient location to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and other shops. The A/C unit worked well.

Cons:

3 floor boards in front of the bathroom in room 401 need to be repaired. The back wall is stained and needs to be painted. The desk chair needs to be replaced.

Comfortable room for reasonable money
Pros:

Great location – quiet, yet very close to the city center. The room was clean, nice, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is great.

Cons:

I’m stayed here 3time this month. First time and second time was okay. This time I was staying at the room 502, no hot water in the shower, the ceiling is rotten and moldy. fusty smell. I won’t be back.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and professional.

Cons:

The hotel itself was not what I expected. The standards fell below expectations for me as hair (multiple) was found on the pillows and bed sheets - it was like as if the room was not thoroughly serviced and cleaned. Further, it was loud at night from the outside noise which made it hard for me to sleep.

Pros:

Ideal for a short city break in Ho Chi Minh. My group stayed for two nights in two double rooms. Hotel in great location in District 1, located on a quiet street within a busier area. Lots of restaurant options a short walk away with a small 7 11 and circle k at the end of the road. Rooms were perfectly clean and air con was very strong. No street noise heard but could hear some noise from corridor/ next room - no issue with ear plugs. Staff were friendly.
