Pros:

Lovely location, right in front of Tokyo Bay. The room is quite small, so a large suitcase would probably be difficult to maneuver. For a backpack, though, it was quite alright. There was coffee in the lobby which is always nice. I had a nice night view of the cruise ship terminal on the bay.

The hotel was a nice change from major chain hotels.
Pros:

The location was a bit inconvenient- but quiet at night! It was not crowded in the hotel, the rooms were a bit small, but normal for Japan.

Cons:

Breakfast was carbs - no fruit or hot options.

Great budget-friendly option with perfect location and modern design
Pros:

Great location and perfect value for money. The check-in and checkout procedures are quick and simple, lots of convenience stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. Metro and JR stations within walking distance + easy to get from Haneda. The rooms are always clean, complimentary amenities, pyjamas, hot drinks and pastries (for breakfast) are available in the lobby

Cons:

The rooms are a bit tiny. Might get noisy at times (thin walls + railroad nearby) but it didn’t cause much inconvenience

Comodo, camere molto piccole. in Altre zone si trova di meglio a prezzi comparabili
Pros:

Buona posizione, praticamente dalla hall dell'hotel si raggiunge direttamente la fermata di una metro, comoda per raggiungere odaiba (magnifica) e tutte le destinazioni nelle vicinanze, kombini con possibilità di sedersi per mangiare direttamente sotto l'hotel anche se non tra i più forniti. Alcune difficoltà nel fare il check in al bancone automatico. Lo staff cordiale e di aiuto. Bagno carino ma niente di particolare.

Cons:

Sicuramente le camere sono estremamemnte piccole e poco fornite, nella stanza non c'è un frigo ma solo un piccolissimo apparecchio per raffrescare (scollegato), muoversi all'interno della stanza se si hanno le valigie aperte diventa un avventura. Comodo il fatto di avere uno spazio sotto il letto per incastrare i bagagli. Il bagno si affaccia praticamente dentro la stanza e le porte non sono tra le più isolanti. Per soggiorni inferiori ad un tot di giorni le camere non vengono sistemate. Vengono cambiati solo gli asciugamani

We would start again as it was value for money but wouldn’t stay longer than a couple of nights.
Pros:

Close to places we wanted to visit. Fun manga theme. Very affordable and a great place to stop for a few nights.

Cons:

The bed was large which was great but it was quite hard and the pillows terrible.

駅直結で、便利。あとチェックイン・チェックアウトが機械でスムーズ。ファミマも下にあり便利で良かった。あとベッドの下にスーツケース入れられるスペースがあり、良かった。

Being in the takeshiba area meant that it's a pretty peaceful stay away from the city noise.
Pros:

This hotel is suitable for travellers that desire a quiet night that isn't too far away from town. The rooms are compact, enough for 2 pax with luggages for 3-4 days' stay. There's laundry so it isn't too bad. Having family mart downstairs is a huge plus since we can buy food and drinks easily.

The staff is friendly and helpful - and guests can depend on them for concierge services.

Also, it's near the Yurikamone line - which makes certain attractions like rainbow bridge, big sight, odaiba area, teamLabs, toyosu fish market easily accessible etc...

Cons:

1) the entry to the hotel is only possible via lift - making it sometimes mildly inconvenient for travellers when there're many people using it.
2) sometimes the exhaust from the nearby ferry terminal can enter the room - there's nothing much the hotel can do about it but it's something i didn't like - sometimes the ferry can make quite a bit of noise.
3) hamamatsucho station is the nearest JR station - the problem with this station is that by default on its own, it doesn't have escalators or lifts to get off the platform. This can be a real issue for people with luggages. The workaround is to take more one stop to shimbashi station, then change to yurikamone line.

Lovely stay - comfortable, great amenties, free breakfast, close to transport, great view to Tokyo Bay
Pros:

Very close to important train/metro lines. Rooms are small but well designed. Free breakfast was a lovely surprise ❤️

Would definitely go back if I go to Tokyo again.

Cons:

The rooms are small but we all know this beforehand - I’d also secure a larger room if / when coming back to Tokyo
