Je kan je koffers onder het bed kwijt

Cons:

Het grootste probleem was de enorm slechte ventilatie. Wij hadden overdag het raam constant open maar zodra je het raam sloot was de kamer meteen muf en warm. Omdat onze kamer aan de kant van het metrostation en een grotere weg lag, vonden we het te luidruchtig om met het raam open te slapen. Er lijkt ook overal schimmel te zitten in de ventilatie en lampen.
Verder is de kamer erg klein en bevat het nog niet eens iets zo simpel als tissues.
De bedden zijn twee dunne matrassen op een plank. Je kan dus niet langs je bed lopen, en alleen bij je voeteinde eruit.
Ons verblijf was 8 dagen. Elke 3 dagen maken ze de badkamer en het beddengoed schoon. De andere dagen vervangen ze alleen de handdoeken en halen ze het vuil op. Omdat de kamer dus best vies is door de mufheid waren we best geïrriteerd dat ze op dag 3 onze bedden niet hadden verschoond. We kwamen terug en op het bed lag het briefje dat ze liever niet aan de spullen van gasten willen komen. Hoewel ik dit ergens waardeer, is dit in deze kleine kamer vrijwel onmogelijk. Verder was dit ook niet van te voren gecommuniceerd en dus ongepast.

Pros:

La localisation pour l'aéroport d'Haneda, le design très sympa de l'hôtel, un grand family mart juste en bas du building, des en-cas gratuits proposés pour le petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Pokoje i cały hotel urządzone w świetnym stylu. Na dole przy recepcji rano można zrobić sobie zupę miso lub zjeść coś słodkiego. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, można sobie zostawić bagaże przed i po pobycie. Sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników umieszczone w harmonogramie na drzwiach pokoju.

Cons:

Brakuje czajnika w pokoju. Jest mała chłodziarka na napoje (mieszczą się małe 2 butelki). Dość mały pokój da się rozłożyć 1 dużą walizkę.

L'hôtel est très agréable et a un petit côté moderne très appréciable, le personnel est sympathique et un family mart est juste à côté de l'hôtel ce qui est très pratique.

Has all you need IF you are only in Tokyo to explore the sights
Pros:

This Hotel was right next to a train station and on the ground floor was a familymart. Super convenient. Rooms are small as are most rooms in Tokyo hotels. We are in our 50's and this is all we needed for our adventure in Tokyo. Clean rooms, towels and bed. Has an air con/heater in the room also. We didnt use the lobby or free breakfast. Has a hostel feel but we have an ensuite.

Cons:

Nothing at all. We knew what we where booking and it was perfect for our trip. Would absolutely stay again.

Compact but very clean stay with excellent bathroom facilities, though very limited space
Pros:

This was our first experience with a Japanese hotel, and we were genuinely impressed by the bathroom. It was extremely clean and came fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - something we later learned is common in Japan, but at the time it was a pleasant surprise. The toilet was very high-tech and actually very comfortable to use. The hotel also provides a range of additional items, which is very convenient if you’re travelling with minimal luggage.

Cons:

On the downside, the room is really very small. The beds are placed next to each other on a raised platform, with a narrow ledge of about 20 cm beside and at the head of each bed. Luggage has to be stored underneath the beds, but that space is quite limited - especially if you’re travelling for a longer period.

The pillows were not comfortable. Later in our trip we discovered that the Tavinos chain offers different pillow options, so in hindsight we should have asked.

One small disappointment: at this Tavinos location, I was not offered the membership, while at another Tavinos hotel I was. The membership allows you to check in an hour earlier or check out an hour later, which would have been useful.

great location and amenities, you have a 7eleven and a station literally a lift away

Cons:

the rooms are very small, you only get a (big) bed and a table + chair, no wardrobe but there's storage under bed for luggage

Самый классный бюджетный отель. Все новое, вид из окна на 8 этаже просто безумно красивый. Этот вид перекрывает недостаток того, что номер очень маленький, точнее меньше чем обычно. Но тем не менее, три чемодана, который были спрятаны под кровать, место для сна было достаточно. В следующие приезды в Токио, буду останавливаться только здесь.

A decoração é muito legal, lembrando um mangá. Tem um café da manhã simples, mas comparado aos outros hotéis, que não oferecem esse serviço, é maravilhoso! Fora a vista do meu quarto, para o Porto de Takeshiba, que era estonteante!
