When we got there, it was raining, and we had to stand by the window at the reception area while paying for the accommodation because they wouldn'tlet us in. The lady who was on duty did not even greet us - it was as if our presence was nuisance to her.

After paying, we had to ask which room we were assigned to, and she asked if were we not told, by who - I don't know. When we got to the room, it was just not up to a good standard. It was smelly, dirty mats. Curtain not properly hanged, bathroom mats were SO dirty, the bathroom and the toilet were both dirty and smelly - no she bin. No toilet tissue, dust, and dirt on the floor.

"The kitchen area": Microwave was also DIRTY from outside to inside, kettle had dust that looked very old. The countertop was oily and filthy, and the bar fridge was dirty it had some phutu leftovers, maybe from previous occupiers. The remotes for the aircon and TV did not have working batteries. AND THERE'S ALSO MOLD on the walls.

There's litter just by the gate where the reception area is, the level of hygiene / cleanliness, and customer service is on the negative. I did not have a problem with the property being in the township, but I did not expect such poor service.

Lastly, the parking area is not marked. A serious risk assessment needs to be conducted.

The place had a horrible smell, dirty linen and overall very unclean. I have been there couple of times grean tree in town it know it wasn't exceptional service but this time the standard was absolutely horrible especially the cleanliness was absolutely non existent.

No zanzariere e c’erano zanzare a fine giugno!!! Bagno brutto, poco pulito. Solo frigo e microonde niente cucina ne’ utensili. La prenotazione obbliga a prendere due camere x 4 persone anche se in realtà ci sono camere libere da 4… così fanno pagare il doppio. Luogo difficile da trovare. Prima siamo andati all’indirizzo indicato ma non abbiamo trovato nulla. Era in zona pessima. Telefonando ci hanno detto di averci fatto un upgrade (🤦🏽‍♀️) in altra zona a 10 minuti di auto da lì. Il primo in zona non consigliata. Non abbiamo visto i proprietari. Standard molto bassi rispetto a tutte le altre soluzioni affittate in Sudafrica, anche a prezzi inferiori. Consiglio di andare a st. Lucia, poco distante, con tante opzioni e decisamente meglio!
