What stay ? This caused a huge inconvenience.towards our stay so i have to outlay more money to Maka
Pros:

Our booking was cancelled upon arrival we had paid in full & booking accepted only to be told when arrive the room not available.
I expect my money returned immediately

Cons:

Die Bettwäsche hat nach ziemlich nach Waschmittel gerochen, das hat uns nicht gefallen. Außerdem wäre die Info wichtig gewesen, dass das Apartment stark durch abfliegende Flugzeuge beeinträchtigt wird.

Pros:

Location was ideal, close to mall of Asia. Supermarket located within walking distance. Apartment was clean, spacious and modern with all facilities required.

This place is ideal for single occupancy. Walking distance to the mall.
Pros:

It is quiet.

Cons:

bathroom: needs a longer shower curtain to the floor to prevent water from the shower from reaching the toilet area. Need better towels. There are no hand and face towels. I have noticed that the sink faucet was painted black, and it is peeling. Not enough toilet paper.
Kitchen: It needs a paper towel supply

Good but the slight detail of no aircon in room could elevate the experience a whole lot more.
Pros:

Clean space. Well decorated. It was easy to access.

Cons:

There was no aircon inside the actual bedroom. Only a fan. If I had stayed here longer than 2 days I would have suffered. There is aircon in the living room but not inside the actual room - very odd decision.

Pros:

Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, close to mall of asia, room was clean, enough for two people, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Hard to give directions to taxi driver, lobby staff acted as if they were bothered to help, waited hour and half to check in because I was not in their list of guests, had to call the host, if I didn't have internet on my phone it would have been a terrible night, luckily everything worked out after a long wait

Pros:

The whole experience was wonderful, from confirming who I was through email prior to arriving right up to checking out. I like that it was hassle free in terms of checking in and when I requested for an extention of a few more hours after the required check out time, it was given. The condo felt like home. This place is highly recommended and I look forward to staying here on my next visit to Manila.
