100% recommend place to stay. Value for the money
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Manager called me when I get there. 24 hours gate is open. The two ladies was very polite. 100% recommend place to stay.

Cons:

The bathroom ok but the sink and the wall facing the sink is little bit narrow. I'm 6.4ft and when I wash my face I couldn't bend over to the sink. The bed is very comfortable. It's a sprin mattress & if you accidentally go to the edge u will throw away by the spins. 😁. Me and my friend both fell from the bed while sleeping.Even it's 3 feet high Lucky we didn't get hurt. But it's not hotel's fault. But better to be careful ☺️

Goede locatie.
Goede douche.
Ontzettend lieve eigenaar.
We mochten onze was doen voor een heel klein prijsje.
Zeker aan te raden.

Cons:

Airco was nog eens bijbetalen elke nacht waardoor het dan weer een iets duurder verblijf werd. Dat was jammer.
De douche was proper, maar de grond werd echt vies nadat je een douche. genomen had

Pros:

The hotel was nice, it was clean and the staff here friendly and helpful. The room I had was very spacious

Cons:

The bed was a little hard when staying for a week, but when staying for a couple of days it will be fine.

Great stay here, highly recommend!!
Pros:

Brand new hotel, the room was perfect. The owner messaged me directly before to coordinate my arrival and was available to contact and answered all my questions super fast. The location is perfect, walking distance to town and to surf Main Point Arugam Bay!! Also the shower is incredible like a personal waterfall:) and super comfy beds!!

Pros:

This place is awesome! It's very clean, the bed is comfortable and the people are super responsive and ready to help with any questions. The area also has private parking and is close to the beach.

Warm but large room
Pros:

The room was nice and the location was not so far from town.

Cons:

There was no remote for the a/c and the fan in the air wasn't doing a very good job at cooling so it was a bit hot in the room.

Best place to stay in arugam bay. Very calm and quiet spot but still super near the main beach. Rooms are nice and clean

The room was perfect : spacious and confortable. It's simple but I had everything I need. The hotel is really well located, 5min by walk from the beach, restaurants and bars ! The owner was really kind, thanks to him my stay was amazing ! Best quality price ratio. I recommend you this place
