Room was big
Nice and clean, great view, good and safeguarded area and big pool, easy communication with the owner.. Would book it again.
The place is so comfy and a really good location. no issues at all. Staff help and in message the landlord is so attentive. I was just unlucky to arrive when they fix one of the pools. But there was another. So pretty okey

The apartment was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the building staff (reception and security) were really nice.
The pool was closed and we weren't notified; however, we were able to get the room early, but still, there was no real contact with the apartment owner. Only the receptionist and security took care of us.
Nice room, close to the port
The free pool included was closed and the owner didn't tell me when I booked, he should have gave me the chance to change my mind, as I booked the place mostly for the beautiful pool.
There was another one at the ground floor, obviously without the amazing view on the sea, that I had to pay extra to use.
Moreover, I found huge cockroaches in the room, which for this price is absolutely unacceptable. The owner told me he was concerned about my wellnes into the room but he didn't do nothing to solve the issue.
I wouldn't book again for any reason.

My family stayed they like the facilities and the cleanliness. Also they are comfortable to sleep.
The pool you need to pay 200 and the hair net. They should include the booking fee same in other places.

really clean apartment and you have everything you need, it’s very secure condominium and there’s also a 7 eleven at the residence entrance and some cafes
the location was not so great nothing to do in the nearby areas, also the owners was not nice we were 3 persons they provided only 2 towels and when we asked for extra towel they said 100 pesos which is unacceptable

沒有熱水，有熱水器但是打開來沒有熱水，電路開關也確定有打開不知道熱水怎麼用！也沒有特別說明使用方法，不知道是壞掉還是不會操作

Its a good and very secured location
There’s some small cockroaches in the room and not enough blanket and bat mats if u are 3 or more in the room.
The location was great. It was close to the major attractions in the city and the port. There were some restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The kitchen had some utensils for light cooking.
Pest control could be much better. There were small cockroaches popping up everywhere. I did manage to reduce their population by 7 or 8.
