FYI, hotel very bad services ! room
very dirty, how can staff I GO HOTEL BSP provide a dirty and smelly hotel like this? i pay not for free so i thought that hotel nice one! and fyi, i call the staff indian guy he scream and attitude very bad just like want to fight when i ask where are you? staff cleaner cannot speaking malay, can you handle this.. He told me to wait, but I need a long time to wait until one hour and 30 minutes just to check in, and this is what I got? The room is dirty and smelly, I can't sleep. I check in at 4 pm I check out at 9 pm, service out!

Cons:

From entering the hotel, the environment is smelly, dirty and the staff is helpful, so I really hope other customers don't check in near I GO HOTEL BSP, wasting money. Indian staff is not cospiable, rude service, rotten and dirty hotel, I really regret booking I GO HOTEL BSP, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to come! Please be careful when booking this hotel for fear of regretting the lost money just like that

Perfect location but super poor accomodation, unhygienic, 5 ringgit cash extra charge without notify
Pros:

Location is very convinient , speed,arr, restraunt, seveneleen,pharmacy,zus ,guardians all there

Cons:

Poor hygiene, cockcroach on the bed, they didn't wash the toilet

short solo stay
Pros:

short stay solo still okey. katil selesa. aircond sejuk. ada kipas siling juga. ada hanger untuk gantung baju.

Cons:

check in/out guna kiosk. sangat slow dan ambil masa lama. kena bayar deposit rm50 dan tax rm5. tv tiada signal langsung, dah complain jawapan dia guna satellite. bilik air tidak bersih.
