Cozy place in the middle of the bustling city but tucked away on a quiet alley. The place has anything you might need and more. The mattress is hard, but surprisingly comfortable. The best part is probably the team who runs the place, super nice people, attentive and highly responsive.

Location was great especially if you didn't want to be in D1 like me. Only 30min walk if you wanted to go to the D1 sites.

He had an issue the first night which meant we had to stay somewhere else which he arranged for us and although that studio was better than the one we had booked, we didn't like the location and opted to move into this one the following day. Although this was a bit of inconvenience, Brian was fantastic at arranging everything and keeping us informed and responsive to our messages. He reimbursed us for some of the costs as well. He also helped us arrange transport to the airport via Grab when we checked out at midnight.

This little studio is in great location. We managed we get to the attractions using Bus no.3 - the bus stops only a 5min walk from the studio.

The studio is as per the pictures and we were satisfied with it. It's down a well maintained alleyway where cars cannot pass so ther is less traffic noise. It's a cute alleyway with plenty of local life, great book store and some other small businesses.

We loved the location. Good value for money, would recommend.

The owner of this flat is super responsive and helped me with few logistics stuff in town. Furthermore, the place is clean and perfect to feel at home. I have been travelling for 3 months in Asia and this place has been one of the best i have stayed

I got picked up from the main road and scootered to the entrance. Unexpected but fun.

Nice shower which was clean. Liked the table for sitting and working. Plus drinking water was provided :)
