Pros:

Beautiful and wonderfully clean. The check in staff was excellent, friendly and offered suggestions to our questions. Beds were great!

The only drawback was getting to the place from I20 going east. Coming off the off ramp doesn't allow enough distance to move to the left lane to turn. Frustrating but we finally got there. Next time will just go up and make a u-turn.

Still had the new smell. Everything was clean & neat. Breakfast was hot and expansive!! Very nice hotel. We will stay here again on our way to the beach!!

Everything was great! The only complaint I had was it felt humid in the room. I couldn’t get the room to cool enough. Other than that, it was a great stay, and the staff were super friendly!

Comfortable, clean, and great staff!!
Pros:

We were in town to see my aunt but when I booked I mistakenly booked the incorrect night. After having a difficult time correcting with Hotel.com, I was instructed to reach out the this hotel myself. The hotel manager could not have been nicer and helpful. She was able to get me a refund while a booked the correct night. I actually got to meet her and she's such a nice nice person. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was awesome. I definitely recommend this hotel.
