コスパ最高！また利用します！
Pros:

なにより価格が安く、部屋も綺麗でアパートのような感覚で過ごしやすかった。また、洗濯機や浴室乾燥もあり連泊するのには最適！

Cons:

海が部屋から見れない所は難点だが、少し移動すれば、綺麗な海はいくらでも見れるし、近くに色々なお店もあり、あまり悪いとも思わない。

最高っ！！！ だけど1点だけ…
Pros:

とても綺麗でした！広さもあり快適でした！キッチン周りもトイレもお風呂も綺麗で自分の家のように過ごせました。キッチンのスポンジも綺麗でした。冷蔵庫も冷凍庫も十分な大きさです！ドライヤーも一人暮らし用みたいな普通のタイプで髪の長さに合わせた時間で乾きました。ハンガーが沢山あったので、浴室乾燥ですぐ乾かすことが出来ました！(ここ嬉しかったです！角ハンガーもあったから🎶)また、チェックアウトがポストに鍵を入れるだけで楽ちんでした。

Cons:

洗濯槽の汚れや排水管（水周り）の匂いがとても気になってしまいました。浴用タオル、バスタオルは1人2枚ずつ使えます。部屋の掃除やタオルの換えはないので、連泊し使用頻度がある場合は、各自で洗濯し使用する形式でした。ですが、洗濯機で洗濯した後に、洗濯物のタオルや服に洗濯槽の汚れがいくつもついてしまいました。個人的に、一度気になるとダメなタイプなのでその後タオルは、使えなかったです。（黒いカスが見えなければ…気づかなければ使い続けました）また、換気扇を止めてしまうと湿気や水周り(排水管？かび？)の匂いが滞ってしまいます。匂いに敏感なので、常にONにしてました。(換気してればあまり気になりません)宿泊施設としては致し方ない事なのは、重々承知なのですが年1ぐらいでもいいので徹底的な水周りの掃除をお願いしたいと感じてしまいました。

大満足です。
Pros:

写真のとおりきれいでした。設備は思っていたよりも良かったです。

Cons:

駐車場がいっぱいの時は、停めるのが難しいかも。食器を拭くためのふきんもしくはキッチンペーパーがあると、より良い。

旅費をおさえて楽しみたかったらコチラが最高
Pros:

島の駅とかマックスバリューとか
DAISOとかが近くにあるのですごく便利でした。
冷蔵庫が冷凍庫もちゃんと使えるタイプだったので氷とかアイスとかを買って置けたのはホテルよりも良かったと思えるポイントでした。
洗濯機も洗剤もあったので助かりました。

Cons:

初日にGが出たのですが…
Gが出るのは仕方がないとして
殺虫剤が無理だとしても虫取り網とかを置いておいてくれたら良かったかなって思います。
何もアイテムが無かったのでGに部屋から出てもらうのに手こずりました。

コスパが良くお値段以上でした(^^)
Pros:

・海っぽいカラーのお部屋で可愛くて、掃除も綺麗にされていた
・洗濯機と浴室乾燥があり、ハンガーやピンチハンガーも置いてあったのでとても助かった。
・目の前に駐車場があり、たまたま1階の部屋だったので楽だった
・チェックイン場所に色々無料や有料の貸し出し品もあったので必要なものも借りれるので良かった

Cons:

・部屋の電気がスポットライトみたいなもので暖色カラーばかりなのでちょっと暗め
・バスタオルのサイズが大きめなので、備え付けのタオルハンガーで浴室乾燥しても乾きにくいのでもっと大き目のタオルハンガーにするか、普通のバスタオルに変えた方がいいと思う。
・2階の物音が結構響くので上に泊まってる人によっては結構うるさいと思う

A mix of feelings. Check your needs before booking.
Pros:

Super comfortable bed.
Big bathtub.
Very spacious room compared to the average size in Japan.
Big wardrobe with lots of hangers.
Fully equipped kitchen, easy to make your own meals. Would've been nice if basic seasonings like oil and salt could be provided.

Cons:

Very small parking space. Hard to drive in and out if all 6 spaces are full.
No balcony to dry the swimming suits and life vest.
Narrow staircase to the 2nd floor. Very unfriendly for big luggage.
The place for check-in is different from the actual accommodation.
Cold front desk staff explaining the rules of the accommodation the whole time when checking in without greetings.

Pros:

周りに気兼ねすることなく自分たちのペースで自由に過ごせた。
浴室乾燥機はフル活用できました。

Cons:

掃除機が常備されていなかった点（後で無償レンタル可能を知ったけど）、冷蔵庫が単身者向けで少ししょぼかった。照明、もう少し明るかったらよかった。調節可能がベストですが。
