Pros:

Sehr nette Betreiber und ein klassisch balinesisches Haus mitten in viel grün und einer tempelähnlichen Anlage. Sehr zentral.

Cons:

Nur Ventilation und keine AirCon. Momentan ist leider eine Baustelle nebenan, aber das ist ja nur temporär.

Pros:

The two bedrooms, 1 and 2, made of bamboo are nice looking and the terrace/balcony each one has to chill out.
Different breakfast everyday: pancake and fruit, and egg with toast and fruit.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we wouldn't repeat since the place is run down and needs cleaning. We had to clean the bathroom as it was very dirty.
The place needs TLC.
Construction going on next door so you can hear and see builders all the time as they work and sleep there.
In terms of location is in the heart of Ubud, next time I would stay less central and have some respite.

We had to leave early because the rooms were dirty.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean at all! We booked two rooms for two nights, and we decided to leave after the first night. There were stains on the bed sheets, and the room was dusty. There were two massage beds in the 2nd-floor room as beds. It was so dirty that we couldn't stand it.
(There were rosters next door and making noise the whole night. )
