Cons:

Everything. The ac unit is unsafe, the windows are broken, no tv, no outlet (aside from where the tv should be plugged), the sheets have very visible stains, there were cockroaches, the toilet door is broken, no shower, no water dipper, the floor drain was clogged, no flush, the toilet was dirty. The room smelled like cigarettes. No internet, data signal is weak

During the weekend saturday and sunday they just have costruction inside the place and dont infoem the guest about it. At 8 in the morning you get oleasant wake up feom machine and hammering. So there goes your peaceful stay.
