The room was nicely furnished in period furniture. I have rated the view from the widow as poor, but it didn't bother us. We ate in both The Forge Bar and Restaurant, which were both good, although I would of liked another potato option other than chips or mash.
All staff very helpful and cheerful. The bar food was very good and I loved the sausages for breakfast.
All good.
The rooms were clean and spacious
The structure is a bit oldish, no shower in the bathroom but only bath tube. Old windows not easy to open
Great staff really clean good location
Slightly dated and no chowder served after 4 pm should be available for evening service
The staff. The food in restaurant. Room. All very good
The room was clean and modern, the hotel atmosphere was enjoyable.
The rooms were noisey and not sufficiently sound proof from either the corridor or the windows, this was particularly an issue given late events/guests and external air conditioning units. The bed was extremely high and heavy tog for summer weather. The leisure facilities were not in the building and you have to walk to a sister venue.
We had a great stay, the room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was lovely and clean and check-in was easy. I also had a request which I phoned ahead about and spoke with a lovely lady called Emma or Emily who dealt with my request brilliantly and went above and beyond. I really appreciated it.
I thought that the price of the room at €189 was very expensive for one night. I also really feel that check-out should be 12pm as 11am is very early especially if attending a function at the hotel.
Lovely staff. Room lovely
Costly for room only
Everything. Staff were phenomenal
It was very central for why we needed to stay, everyone was so nice and the rooms are very clean
Nothing
No resendent bar, bar closed to early, apart from that everything was good, we had a lovely meal.
Nice hotel does what it says on the tin
Restaurant only opens at weekend
