Pros:

Вид красивый. До пляжа относительно недалеко. Квартира со всеми удобствами, просторно, комфортно. Все чисто, всё новое, кроме скрипучей двери в туалет :-) Персонал приятный. Большой магазин около пляжа.

Мы с семьей жили в этих апартаментах 6 дней. Всё было отлично. Мы выбрали эти апартаменты по отзывам и не ошиблись. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного жилья. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Спасибо Али и другим служащим. Расстояние до моря недалеко, есть городской пляж, ухоженный. Только на обратном пути очень крутой подъем.

Не было ничего такого!

How did it get such a high rating on booking and Google maps?
Pros:

Staff was very helpful (luggage, parking,...). We were offered to check in early when they heard we arrive in Bodrum early. You find everything you need in the apartment and in the kitchen. Parking right in front of the building.

Cons:

The place is old, cheaply furnished and poorly maintained. The mosquito net on the balcony is torn, power outlets fall out of the wall, ... Only three chairs for the table inside for a 4 person apartment. No mosquito net in the bathroom, but mosquitoes instead. All doors have a different height, one is only 1.8 m high. In my opinion and having seen several different apartments in Turkey now, absolutely overpriced. The road to the apartment can be extremely steep if you follow Google. Gavur Ali Sk seemed okay. You might want to ask the staff for the best way to get there.

Прекрасно организованные апартаменты: все исправное, новое и в отлично состоянии. Тихий и безумно красивый район Кумбахче! Близость к морю 10 мин. Располагаются на горе, учитывайте при заселении) но быстро привыкаешь ходить в горку, хотя в жару может быть тяжеловато.
если на авто и байке, проблем нет)

Fantastyczny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. Dobrze wyposażony, spójnie urządzony, komfortowy w użytkowaniu. Taras z pięknym widokiem, klimatyzacja, internet wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

L’appartamento era impeccabile, dotato di tutto ciò che si possa desiderare: pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e provvisto di ogni comfort necessario (e anche di più!) per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è ottima e ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Zac, il proprietario, che è stato straordinario: sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza, con una cortesia e un’attenzione davvero rare da trovare. La sua ospitalità ha reso la nostra esperienza indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Our stay was simply perfect! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need (and more!) to feel right at home. The location was excellent, making our time here even more enjoyable.
