Cosy room very close to the archeological site
Pros:

Everything was as expected, considering the location which is very close to Ercolano excavations. Quiet place, we had everything we needed .

Czysto, automat z napojami i przekąskami w części wspólnej niestety nie na kartę. Lokalizacja super 2 minuty od Herculanum

Perfect localization 200 meters from Herculanum ruins enternance and 500 meters from Circumvesuviana train station (30 minute ride to the Naples city center). Private parking in the garage (available at small additional fee). It does not look from outside (it is located in an old building), but inside everything is just renovated- exactly like in photos. There is a big terrace accessible for everyone, where you can sit in the evening and drink some wine. You are receiving coupons for the breakfast and you can select where to eat from 2 different cafeterias (cornetto + coffee included). I really recommend!

Está ubicado en un sitio pintoresco, el típico callejón Napolitano , con sus particularidades pero con mucho encanto. Además está a escasos metros del parque de Herculano, visita imprescindible. La limpieza y los servicios de la habitación impecables .

Cons:

No es una crítica, si no una advertencia, la ubicación al estar en un callejón peatonal, puede ser difícil de encontrar si usas un GPS para intentar llegar en coche , hay que aparcar en las inmediaciones y acceder a pie.

Renovado y pintoresco
Pros:

Localización inmejorable, literalmente a 1 minuto de las ruinas de Herculano, a pesar de la dificultad de entrada la calle (no recomendable para torpes al volante)

La habitación estaba totalmente reformada, y la terraza es magnifica para tomarte una cerveza fresca después de un largo día haciendo turismo (el hotel dispone de máquina expendedora con cervezas frías :D)

Las opciones de desayuno son correctas.

No os dejéis intimidar por el barrio o la calle, la gente es muy amable y el entorno es muy pintoresco.

Cons:

La entrada estaba un poco destartalada (puede asustar un poco pero nada que temer) pero el interior está totalmente nuevo.

Está ubicado en un callejón que da miedo, el portal y las escaleras con paredes llenas de desconchones y viejas parecen sacadas de una película de terror. Cuando entras a la recepción es otro mundo, todo muy bien , sin embargo en la habitación…Sin lámpara, sin toalla de suelo, sin manta, el colchón es pésimo y las almohadas también. Para hacer el desayuno tuvimos que esperar casi media hora por la tarjeta.

Communication avec les propriétaires, accueil plus qu’expéditif. On regrette l’époque où les propriétaires avaient à cœur de faire partager leur maison leur ville et leurs traditions!

Pros:

The location of this place is fantastic—just a short walk to the Herculaneum archaeological site. The apartment/room itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The building was in pretty bad shape, with severely torn walls, unfortunately this seems to be fairly common in this part of Italy. A couple of small inconveniences were that there wasn’t an adapter for the Type E outlets, and the kitchen could use some proper cups for a more enjoyable stay.
