Gute Lage zum Airport. Recht gutes Zimmer

Average room close to airport.
Pros:

Location to airport is very good.

Cons:

Front security guard didn't want to let me in even though I had a booking, seems as though they might not be allowed to rent out the rooms. Front reception was a bit all over the place, didn't really want to be there and help. There where bugs in the room and it had a bad smell. Aircon was only turned on when I got to the room and it wasn't very good so it never cooled down the room.

Vaikne konditsioneer, polnud putukaid ja muid elukaid.

Cons:

Veesoojendi oli katki ja juhtmed paistsid, see on eluohtlik. Rõdu uksel polnud lukkugi. Veekeetja lekkis, kah eluohtlik.
Kirjas oli, et toa suurus on 31 ruutmeetrit aga ma pigem arvan, et see oli poole väiksem.

room/reception was ok, but could be much better with a bit of thought.
Pros:

We extended our stay for 5 hours before the flight which was accommodated - thankyou

Cons:

On INITIAL arrival at Cluster A, there was no wifi to contact the host which was disappointing and we are foreigners and had no local mobile data.
The toilet seat was broken and sliding all over the place, the balcony door we could not close properly - perhaps some disposable cheap slippers could be provided - they were in the room we had when arriving.

Room cleanliness, kitchen amenities/cutleries a bit dirty, we extended our stay for 1 night and no one bother to replace our towels, no action with water shower. TV was not working nor local channels.

It was a good stay and location is pretty convenient for travelers with long layovers
Pros:

Owner is very communicative and considerate. The unit is just walking distance from the airport (NAIA Terminal 3)

Cons:

Property is individually owned, our new unit was not that clean and has some little 6 legged visitors, balcony doesn’t have lock, but anything else are good
