Great location but too basic for the rate
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to lifts and all shopping area , close to coffee shop and restaurants. Receptionists and housekeepers were professional and friendly. Room and common areas very clean.

Cons:

The hotel facilities are very basic. The rooms are advertised "Mountain view " but the 3 small windows in our 2nd floor room faced the allies where the dumpster were, which can get noisy. No lobby or lounge area and breakfast was very basic.

Pleasant
Pros:

Great location, was in walking distance from anything you would need. Room was decently clean.

Cons:

Oddly the in room landline phone was randomly ring. Upon answering you only hear static. First night it woke me up three times throughout the night. Second night after the first ring I disconnected the phone.
Secondly, while at no fault at all to the hotel or its staff, the building next store is under construction which for whatever reason the crew felt 5am was a great time to start throwing stuff around and firing up the power tools.
