Lovely but a little smelly
Pros:

The staff were lovely, the location is beautiful!

Cons:

The room had a very bad odour that wouldn't go away. We opened the windows, the cleaners came daily, but the smell stayed.

Teleurstellend vanwege povere kwaliteit van de eerste gegeven kamer.
Pros:

Ligging aan de boulevard en geschikte parkeerplaats voor onze motorfietsen!

Cons:

De eerste gegeven kamer had geen spoelbaar toilet, was alleen via nauwe trappen bereikbaar en had ook niet een duidelijk aangegeven vluchtroute. Ontbijt was karig. Op ons verzoek hebben we andere kamers gekregen!

Sea view and warm welcome.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us. The sea view was fabulous no matter the weather. Breakfast was a buffet that catered for all our families tastes. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Tiny room, big price..
Pros:

The view and the friendliness

Cons:

The top floor rooms are always tiny and i was charged top price which is not ok for a room that size. It was late and the room was closed up and extremely hot too, would have been great if the window was opened.

A cute, warm and comfortable stay at a lovely hotel with character
Pros:

The staff were so welcoming- all of them. We will definitely return as this means a lot to us. The room was comfortable and the the view was great

Cons:

A couple of the glasses and mugs were not washed thoroughly but it was ok as there was washing up liquid. everything else was spotless

Lovely place!
Pros:

The room was lovely, such a comfy bed, ideal location. Really nice staff and it was great that I could leave my car there outside of checkin/checkout.

Cons:

It was a little odd that I had to go outside to get from my room to reception, it didn't all link up (unless I missed something!). But not really an issue!
