Great neighborhood and near train station
Pros:

Even though its a very small space for two people, we had a good stay! We were mostly outside exploring so we would come back home just to shower and sleep! The place is very well located near shops, restaurants and train stations

Cons:

There is no elevator in the property which is on the 3rd floor. So it took us by surprise but thankfully our luggage wasn’t too heavy

Great little base for Shinjuku and beyond
Pros:

Loved the location, just outside Shinjuku main area, near Korea town, with access to two other JR lines and easy walk to Shinjuku. But a quiet area. Everything was very functional. The apartment is tiny, but Japanese technogy and ingenuity makes the most of the space, like the washing machine + shower dryer set up. Loved having the balcony. Building is safe and quiet. Very communicative host.

Cons:

Bed wasn't the most comfy and space is very tight.
