Staff were friendly and arranged a taxi for us to go to ha long bay. The shower was great
The staff were most helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile.
For the price, one cannot five-star facilities. That being said, no breakfast was provided.
Very nice and helpful Receptionist. Great value, Has all the neccesities. Got a fridge and a smart TV. Near a coffee street.
The Room has a lot of space. There is a Shared dining area on each floor. The whole interior of the building clean and presentable.
The Room I was in had a broken shower head, was semi-functional the staff has been notified and they are working on it. There were some ants in the bathroom. Across from the Hotel there are some buildings that are rundown.
Friendly staff, clean, modern and spacious room, comfortable bed.
Room smelled a bit of cigarettes. Location not in the city centre.
