Very cold room and no heater. I was offered an extra blanket and a kettle to fill a hot water bottle that was supplied.

Horrible stay
Cons:

We felt unwelcomed they didn't give us the remote for the gate so everytime we wanted to go out we had to go to the main house the when we coming back... We had to wait by the gate until they came to open and it was raining.... I think they might be racist i was really shocked because the reviews were praising them unless if the saff was just not present during our stay

Perfect Getaway
Pros:

We loved the whole week in Pretoria staying at Garden Studio. Was our first time staying here, but it was worth it. The 2 rooms we booked was very comfortable, clean, neat and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and respectful. We felt quite at home.

Pros:

It is clean and everything is neat. Not far from Menlyn, it's quiet and peaceful.

Die kleine Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön in einem wunderbaren Haus, die Wohngegend ist auch perfekt. Die Gastgeberin ist mega lieb und freundlichen gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Room needed maintenance
Pros:

The location was nice and quiet, and they had the full range of DSTV channels on the tv in the room.

Cons:

The one set of windows in the room had no curtains, so we didn't want to leave them open while we slept for cooling, and there was no fan or means of cooling in the room except to open windows. Found quite a couple of stuff cracked and broken like the holder for the shampoo and soap in the shower and the small dustbin in the bathroom which was also the only dustbin in the room, and the window of the entrance door was also cracked. The DSTV remote battery cover also couldn't stay on the remote at all.
