A publicação de hotel deveria ser revista, pois não ha diferença de acesso aos quartos
Enviei msg para o wattsap disponibilizado para informações mas ninguém respondeu.
O atendimento presencial foi um desastre, praticamente no meio da rua, muita demora para liberar o acesso, não tinha a informação de qual o apartamento foi reservado.
O primeiro quarto disponibilizado, o vaso sanitário estava entupido, alagando todo o banheiro.
Quando mudei de quarto a luz do banheiro não ligava.
Wifi não funciona.
Uma funcionária até que foi solícita, mas a administração precisa melhorar e muito.
Na saída nao informaram que deveria levar a chave do quarto até o portão, outra longa espera para liberar.
Mas no conjunto da obra a experiência foi desastrosa
