Pros:

I liked the safe and quiet location with lots of greenery. Spacious room with balcony was great! We chose it because of desk and kitchen.
Personnel was nice. Bathroom so bigger than my bedroom.
Altogether is ok to spend a night, but wish it was cleaner

Cons:

The stay is old, so things like dirty and broken sockets, broken bathroom mirror, mattress "bones" - may ruin your experience at this place.
Shower curtain with brown stains and dirty mirror ruin the look
Few times at night light was off and we had to call the caretaker to switch it on.
Wish it was cleaner, but not the worst afterall

The nice stay is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The stay seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..rooms are worst quality.
Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

If you want to book a room in Noida, then you should stay in nice stay and care because it is under
Pros:

I liked the location here very much and the staff here is also very good, and the best thing is that the service is very good and this guest house is at a very prime location. There is a park in front of the guest house for you to take a stroll and enjoy it. I also felt very good coming here and I would suggest you all to come and book this place.

Cons:

If you want to order food here, you will get that too by ordering food from outside and the best thing is that there is a supermarket nearby where everything is available to eat.

Awesome Experience at NICE Stay & Care!
Pros:

NICE stay & care was a awesome experience.The property location was very peaceful & secured. The staff was really helpful & the services given were excellent. I stayed there for 2 days with my family and was out for meetings for most of the hours. Even in my absence my wife felt secure & there was no trouble at all.

What we really liked was the polite & attentiveness of the concerned staff.

Nice stey GM Mr Manish is a good man

If you want to live in a peaceful home stay then I will share my experience with you.I was staying here 4 days Caretaker here Ram Vilas is not good. He abuses people a lot. Drinks daily in the evening.. Room cleaning service here is so pathetic if you will talk about room service in the morning and you will get service in the evening. For drinking water you have to go to 3rd floor because the water dispenser is very dirty and lots of mosquito swim there Every night guest bring girls here and make noise while drinking.Towel and bedsheets are dirty also no toiletries provided untill you don't ask to give.1 more important thing to tell after check in pls check room as I found hidden mic in my room near bed..if you still wanna go there then as you wish.
