The best guesthouse in the area💯✨
Pros:

Everything.
• Hospitality: The lady who welcomed us was friendly and made us feel welcome.
• Facilities: Quite area, neat place, with all important appliances available for a convenient stay. The best experience we had.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was exceptionally good. Good value for money.

The wifi speed is amazing. Hot water was always available. They gave me the gate remote. No curfew. Very quiet area

My stay was perfect!
Pros:

It was closer to the place I was visiting and also closer to the mall. It was clean and the available fridge, microwave iron provided made it so easy for my stay.The staff was great and very helpful.

Only, reception Sandi - need to work on her client care. Regular clients & 1st time new clients.
Pros:

No breakfast. Only complimentary coffee. Walked to Engen garage, cafe 365 but not halal but bought other eats. Enjoyed our eats. Didn't use micro. nor TV. Only used the fan, a good help. Weather, very hot. Enjoyed having cigarette in the yard. Even emptied ashtray & other litter into big bin in yard. Remote for gate, in good working order.

Cons:

Attitude of Sandie, the reception. 1 minute good & in a second cheeky & loud. My wife, a light sleeper, dogs from area, loud. Loud talking one morning in yard, woke us up early, I'm assuming next door room, reception (actually don't know & didn't complain). While my wife having a bath, shower curtain fell down, I lifted it up. Was loosely fitted on wall. Front, sliding aluminium glass door, we had to figure out how to open, close & lock it. We didn't want any one to come in while we not there or sleeping & preferred closing window. Didn't want resident or stray cat jumping in. Had to be very vigilant in Cape town. Not my turf. I'm a Jozi man, born & brought up & love my town, never mind what. At no. 1 guest house, every body we came into contact with, even if it was, only a nod, with the head or hand were very friendly!

Estadia tranquila e sem estress!
Pros:

Simplicidade no check in e a flexibilidade de fazer o check in de madrugada, a anfitriã foi muito atenciosa. Boa internet!

Cons:

o quarto era menor, a porta de entrada é muito visível e reduz a privacidade.
