Pros:

The view was excellent, and the condo was really nice.

Cons:

I didn't like having only one set of bath towels. It was two sets at first but midway through my stay it was only one set.
That would have sucked if I had company.

Pros:

The guards were exceptionally helpful, and the unit owner/manager was also very responsive. The place smelled nice when I arrived, which gave a good first impression. However, I feel the space would really benefit from a deep cleaning. It looks clean on the surface, but not in a way that feels thoroughly maintained.

Cons:

The unit is smaller than it appeared in the photos. Another downside was the kitchen cabinets, which had random items like rugs stored inside, making the space feel cluttered. If I had stayed longer and brought my own kitchen supplies, there wouldn’t have been enough empty cabinets to store my things. The most inconvenient issue was with the advertised iron. Instead of an iron, there was only a steamer that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with dirty water inside. I had dinner reservations and needed to iron my clothes but had nothing usable. While the host responded quickly, I believe amenities listed in the ad should be clean and functional before check-in, not addressed only when a guest needs them.

Pros:

The view and ease if access - Did not need to go through all the floors and skipped 10-15 floors. Ground staff were helpful.

Cons:

Carpeted hallway is not great for wheeled luggages.

Pros:

lots of amenities in our room... everything is clean and organized...

Cons:

parking was confusing... we have to pay a parking fee for the night... it should be free and provided...
