Une vue exceptionnelle sur le 9 arch bridge. Un personnel adorable et serviable avec du café et des gâteaux à notre arrivée.

The view is amazing and the couple is lovely people!

Cet hôtel a 2 très gros points positifs :
- sa vue, incroyable sur le pont aux 9 arches mais aussi sur les montagnes et la jungle environnantes. La terrasse pour les admirer est parfaite, avec même des petits filets pour s'allonger
- ses gérants. D'une gentillesse et hospitalité exceptionnelles, ils sont très prévenants et portent attention aux détails.

- La chambre était aussi très propre, la SDB comme souvent à Sri Lanka était "inondable"
- en retrait d'Ella, qui reste accessible à travers la jungle et le pont en 20 minutes à pied environ. Accès au little Adams peak à pied également

Propriétaire aux petits soins pour nous, il a tout organisé au meilleur prix lors de notre séjour. Son tuk tuk était très pratique pour aller a Ella!

The views, the trees, and the people are what make this place special. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hot water worked perfectly. Breakfast was excellent—simple, fresh, and satisfying.

What stood out most was the hospitality. The owner and his family made us feel genuinely at home.

The location is also very convenient—just a safe 5-minute walk to the railway near the 9 Arch Bridge, making it easy to visit anytime. The owner also has his own tuk-tuk, so getting around was effortless without the usual hassle of negotiating prices.

We’re already looking forward to coming back and staying longer next time.

We had a wonderful stay at 9 Arch View Rest Inn in Ella. The hotel is located just outside the main town, and the final part of the journey is down very small local roads that larger vehicles will struggle to access. When we arrived, the owner quickly came to meet us with his tuk tuk and brought both us and our luggage the final stretch to the hotel, which was a great introduction to the level of hospitality we would experience during our stay.

As soon as we stepped onto the main balcony area we were greeted with an incredible view directly over the famous Nine Arch Bridge. Watching the trains pass through the jungle-covered valley from the hotel was a highlight of our time in Ella.

The rooms are quite basic, with no TV, air conditioning or fridge, but they were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful setting and the views more than make up for the simple setup.

One of the standout parts of our stay was the owner, who was genuinely one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He was always happy to help and offered to drive us wherever we needed to go in his tuk tuk. Whether it was taking us into town for dinner, picking us up afterwards, or driving us to nearby attractions, nothing was ever too much trouble. It made getting around Ella incredibly easy.

Breakfast in the morning was also excellent, especially with the view over the bridge and the surrounding hills. It was a perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore places like Little Adam’s Peak, the tea factories and the town itself.

Overall we absolutely loved our stay here. The views are incredible, the rooms are comfortable, and the hospitality from the owner is truly outstanding. If you’re visiting Ella and want a peaceful place with one of the best views of the Nine Arch Bridge, this is a fantastic place to stay.

Номер очень чистый, с 3 кроватями (2 двуспальные, 1 односпальная), санузел в номере с горячей водой. Веранда с шикарным видом на мост. Вкусный завтрак. Очень общительный и приятный хозяин, который был готов помочь со всем. Сложный подъезд к вилле, так как находится на горе (тук-тук доезжает без проблем), но благодаря этому неповторимый вид на мост из виллы.

Absolutely amazing. The place, the view...you can't imagine untill you see it. The host ist the most kind person in hole Sri Lanka. He can also arrange all kind of tuktuk drives and trips, and he also arranged a taxi for us to Colombo - all for very friendly prices...
Super peaceful location, only 5km from Ella(10min by tuktuk). You can walk to the 9 arch bridge (10-15min). Little Adam's peak is like 2-3km (30-40min walk)
Breakfast was also super good and tasty, at the time you prefer.

Geweldig uitzicht, mooie kamer en goede faciliteiten. De eigenaar staat altijd voor je klaar en is echt een top persoon!

The staff behaviour was too good and helpful. Also the main attraction was the breathtaking view of the 9 Arch bridge. Also they served a very delicious breakfast. Highly recommended. Worthy as well.

Senavi is an amazing host, he made us feel so welcomed, and gave good recommendations, the place is not in downtown, (so if you want to go out at night you need a tuk tuk, Senavi has you covered for this) but the view is definitely worth it, you can see the 9 arch bridge and train passing by literally just stepping out of your room

Das 9 Arch view rest Inn ist einfach wunderbar. Super nette Gastgeberfamilie ( die Frau hat extra für uns gekocht), die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber und besitzen einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die 9 Arche Bridge, welche zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar ist. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls großartig.

La literie est bonne , et le rapport qualité prix excellent.

Accueil top , le patron saura vous aider à booker vos taxis avec de supers tarifs .
