Room was spacious, place was easy to find and access in and out of the restaurant/pub opening hours and staff were helpful. Check out was super easy.
Top floor was very hot and the taps didn't run cold water. Only a summer issue, as we stayed during the heat waves!
The staff were extremely nice and friendly and our room was spotless
It had obviously had money spent on it but the copy Dyson fan was more than useless. The lovely large shower cubicle only gave out hot water or very hot water so when I woke up boiling hot and decided to have a cool shower I couldn’t even go under the shower without scorching myself. No-one around in the morning so we eventually found how to get out of the property and I left my room key on the floor by the door

Even so, room was very warm
I came during a heatwave. Only one window out of 4 would open. The room had no air conditioning whatsoever and was only given a fan. Couldn’t sleep well at all, very unfortunate.
De fijne hotelkamers zijn boven een mooie Engelse pub. Superaardige mensen. Op loopafstand van Palace bowl park.
Uitzonderlijk warm weer en geen airco. Wel ventilatoren. Bij normaal weer niets negatief!
Location was great for Crystal Palace Bowl, Food was nice, room was spacious and airy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely go again

No parking, but street parking just round the corner.
Good location nice atmosphere
Room was very warm they tried their best with two fans to help and I don’t suppose they can control the weather
Lunch time food was very good and room was very comfortable. They do not provide breakfast so we needed to go up the road to a cafe five minutes away and that was very good so no real problem. Great location with only a short walk to the crystal Palace bowl.
Shower head was in need of a descale to stop the water going everywhere, but it did still work

Stairs up to bedrooms and the bedrooms were extremely warm, but it was a heatwave when we were there.
Comfortable room with spacious bathroom and good shower. Provided with iron and ironing board and able to check in early to get ready for a wedding. Able to come in late at night if necessary.
Lovely people, warm welcome. The location manager really went the ‘extra mile’ to help us. Good location if you go to the Christal Palace Park. Underground is only 10 mins away.
