Très bon accueil, personnel au petit soin, bonne literie, bon petit déjeuner et très bien placé dans le centre ! Nous sommes revenus 2x durant notre séjour au Vietnam !

Staff were very polite and helpful

The manager and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The location was lively. Breakfasts were excellent, with omelets made to order, etc.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Viet Hotel. From the very first moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff who always went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — a perfect place to relax after a long day exploring. The laundry service was fast and efficient, and the spa was amazing – peaceful atmosphere, professional therapists, and a truly relaxing experience. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of both Asian and Western dishes; I especially loved the Vietnamese pho and the strong coffee!

What impressed me the most was the tour arrangement service right at the hotel. Thanks to Mr. Linn, who was incredibly kind and helpful, I was able to book several wonderful trips at very reasonable prices – to Ha Long Bay, Sapa, Ninh Binh, and Ha Giang. Every tour was well organized, with punctual transfers, comfortable transportation, professional guides, and excellent service throughout.

🛥️ Ha Long Bay was breathtaking – the overnight cruise, sunset on the deck, and fresh seafood were unforgettable.

🏞️ Sapa offered stunning terraced rice fields, cool weather, and warm-hearted local people.

🚣 Ninh Binh felt like a dream – peaceful rivers, limestone mountains, and a calm countryside vibe.

🏍️ Ha Giang was absolutely majestic with its winding mountain roads and untouched beauty.

Each journey was a special memory, and I’m deeply grateful to Mr. Linn for his care and perfect arrangements. He made my trip across northern Vietnam smooth, joyful, and full of unforgettable moments.

Excellent place to stay in the centre of the city. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean facilities. Good breakfast included in the price of the room. Wi-fi working with no problems.

The staff! They were super nice even when we were tired and they try to acomodate everytjing for us with a big smile! Its not fancy at all but it makes it a luxury because of the people there

L'hôtel est très bien situé en centre ville (mais cela implique donc plus de bruit bien sûr, parfois tard la nuit).
La chambre est confortable et j'ai eu la chance d'en avoir une lumineuse.
Le personnel est très gentil
