Disappointing cleanliness and stressful communication led us to check out early.
Pros:

The location was convenient and the host eventually agreed to a partial refund for the unused nights after we decided to leave early.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not acceptable for us. The bathroom had visible dark buildup/staining around the shower grout and corners, the shelves and desk were dusty, and the floors did not feel properly cleaned. There was also leaking equipment in the bathroom during our stay. Communication during the checkout and refund process became stressful because checkout expectations and timing were not clearly communicated in advance. We ultimately decided to leave early due to the overall condition and experience.

Pros:

Thuận tiện, sạch sẽ, đáp ứng đầy đủ nhu cầu thư giãn chữa lành.

Cons:

Ban đầu hơi lạ khi thấy homestat giao tiếp, nhắn tin, thanh toán,...khá nguyên tắc và cứng nhắc.
Nhưng sau đó chất lượng dịch vụ đã xoa dịu mọi thứ.

Phòng ở rộng rãi, sạch sẻ, hệ thống quán lý nhà tự động

Cons:

Vị trí của homestay hơi xâu trong ngõ. Muốn đặt ô tô thì phải đi bộ. Phòng có hai TV nhưng chỉ dùng được một TV trong phòng ngủ

Great value for the space
Pros:

Stayed in G3 (King Room with 2 King Beds). The value was great. Water pressure and temperature were great. AC worked well. Beds were average, not too hard, not that soft. Lot of small shops down the alley. There’s washer and dryer, though no detergent. There’s a yard to park motorbikes.

Cons:

Didn’t like that property was down an alley, although it wasn’t super far. Neighbors (kids) kept accidentally barging in. Keep the door locked.

Brilliant stay
Pros:

Owner was amazing helped up with details with last min booking as plans changed and we were arriving at 4am and allowed us to check out 30 mins late due to having to go the dentist for an emergency appointment

Оставались на пару ночей. Ничего критичного. Проживать можно.
Pros:

Большие номера. Каждая комната отдельно. Была спальня, гостиная и кухня.

Cons:

К отелю не подъехать на машине, только пешком или на мотоцикле. Не делали уборку номеров. Может быть и сделали если бы попросили, но мы не просили.
