Pros:

A walking distance from a train station and it wasn’t hard to find restaurant / convenience stores.

Cons:

Check-in wasn’t easy! I had to get help from the cleaning person who happened to be there and was kind enough to help us. I completed the check-out online by following the instructions (and received a message saying it was completed), but I still received an email saying I hadn’t checked out. I wish there was an easier way to check in and out.

If you just want 1 night to crash before an early flight and cheap then this is ok.self check in/out no staff around
Pros:

Very close to train station and airport. 4min walk to sation. 1 stop to airport

Close to Haneda airport
Pros:

Provided basic neccesities, clean and just 1 station from Haneda airport. Good choice if u landed on late flight.Easy to find with clear instruction.

Disappointing
Pros:

Great location - close to lots of good food options and a quick taxi ride to the airport for an early flight.

Cons:

For Aussie travellers - this is what we would term a hostel (not a hotel). I booked without realising that the bathrooms were shared and there was no staff. This meant that our luggage could not be transferred (which we realised after we sent it off so had a bit of stress getting the luggage sent elsewhere). Also no shuttles to airport etc. We paid over $200 for a tiny, tiny room with some pretty old towels. Never saw anyone else in the bathroom and were only there one night and out at 3:45am. Was very easy to get to airport by taxi - we had heaps of time for a 6:40am flight. Was a confusing online check-in process.

Conveniently close to the airport and good value
Pros:

Extremely close to the airport, great to get some quick rest before an early morning flight. Good choice of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Not very sound proofed so you can hear other travelers going in and out of the building and talking, quite loudly as everyone has flights at different times.
