PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Comincio col dire che ho avuto perplessità con il checkin in cui alla fine di un lungo e noioso processo mi si chiede un selfie, davvero non gradito, considerato che nella mia famiglia c'è anche un minore. Ho chiamato la struttura per chiedere di poter fare il checkin all'arrivo ma mi è arrivata come risposta un VAFFANC... davvero maleducato. Dopo questa gentilissima risposta non volevo piu' andare ma lo stesso "personaggio" mi ha prontamente risposto che non mi avrebbe dato i soldi indietro. Considerato che avevo già pagato 452€ non volevo perdere i soldi e sono andato comunque...

Cons:

Premetto che io e la mia famiglia viaggiamo da anni e non ho mai avuto una esperienza così negativa. Cuscini dei letti inesistenti, spessi 1 cm. Cassetta del WC guasta, perdeva acqua tutta la notte, con questo rumore davvero fastidioso, ma la cosa peggiore in assoluto è stata la totale mancanza di tende alle finestre! Eravamo praticamente fuori, con ZERO privaci, neanche nel bagno, anche se abbiamo messo un telo sulla finestra è stato davvero imbarazzante!
Consiglio vivamente ai proprietari della struttura di cambiare gestione. Non mi vedrete mai piu'

Schöne Wohnung, aber laut. Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter
Pros:

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön und gross und hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft befindet sich ziemlich nahe an einer lauten Schnellstraße. Wenn alle Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man das aber nicht.
Karastophal ist dagegen die Elektrik in der Wohnung. Kochen ist eigentlich nicht möglich, da der Herd immer wieder ausfällt und auch die vorhandenen Töpfe und Pfannen nicht passen.
Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist eher schleppend. Bei unserer Anreise zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit waren noch Handwerker in der Wohnung und haben Fliegengitter montiert, das 3. Bett war nicht hergerichtet und es war auch keine Bettwäsche für die dritte Person vorhanden. Wir haben uns diese schließlich aus einer anderen Wohnung geholt, die Couch selber ausgezogen und das Bett bezogen. Den Vermieter haben wir selbstverständlich darüber informiert.

Il loro interesse è stato solo prendere i soldi!!!!!poi per tutti i disagi non si sono minimamente degnati di rispondere né ai messaggi ne tantomeno a farci una telefonata per capire quale fossero i problemi!! Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento non del tutto pulito, addirittura con della polvere sulla federa del cuscino!! Sconsiglio fortemente questo posto!!

Un desastre en un campo alejado de todo, que no pase nada por estarás desamparado

Todo un desastre, desde el principio antes de llegar, nos obligan a hacer booking por tlf. Manda fotos del DNI, fotos de tu cara…..vamos fatal. Te llama un tal Matteo mal educado frío y un inhumano.

Cons:

llamamos a un tal Matteo mal educado frío y un inhumano se nos inunda el baño y hasta el día siguiente no los arreglan nada, con dos niños pequeños, utilizamos las toallas para parar el agua y me dice el tal Matteo q nos las trae al día siguiente…..pues nada de toallas, un auntentico si vergüenzas!!!

Superbe endroit avec piscine.
Pros:

Le site est bien situé au sud du lac de garde, proche de grandes villes à visiter. Le parc est vraiment très joli, dommage que les photos ne montrent pas qu’il est proche de l’autoroute.
La piscine est très agréable mais pas du tout ombragée.

Cons:

Les couchages sont usés et inconfortables, mal de dos assuré !
La cuisine ne dispose pas assez de vaisselle. ( four sans plat à four, 3 verres à pieds,…)
Le site manque globalement d’entretien. ( lumières extérieures vers et autour de la piscine ne fonctionnent pas, parasol cassé, le local à poubelles ne semble pas avoir été vidé depuis un moment…)
