Property left unlocked till arrival-security factor-they should have a key pad, key did not fit in door and was not told it was to the sliding door and not the house door, half empty toilet paper rolls, had to buy more, hand soap almost empty, dishes were dirty and silverware still had dried Mac and cheese on them, not kid friendly with the steps, not enough towels for 6 people, pool was not open till night before we left, air conditioner did not work properly in one bedroom.
