Pros:

Check In/Out was easy and it can be reached by foot from the station.
There is a shared kitchen and the place is in a quiet area.

Cons:

On arrival, the room didn't appear to be cleaned: used tea bags in dirty cups, hair and stains on the bed, stains in the bathroom. Room was overheated as well.
Booked this for someone else and they checked out after one night.

Homely feel
Pros:

The share house had a homely feel. Being able to use the kitchen to cook with all kitchen accessories available was a bonus. We have been travelling overseas for Australia for 16 month, so nice to not be in a sterilise hotel room. Mark was prompt in assisting with the replacement of TV remote when I advised him it was missing.

Pros:

Lovely greeting on the mirror 😀quiet, comfy bed,clean and whole place smelt lovely ,quiet street,close to Woking shops, restaurants.

Cons:

Carparking and couldn't find info on which room I was in,luckily lovely couple who live there let me in.

A nice quiet place

There was no coffee/tea and milk. Usually, these basics are provided in guest houses and hotel rooms

Inferior accommodation we opted not to stay there
Pros:

The property was very hard to find because we were looking for something resembling a hotel. It was a residential house. Accomodation on the top floor would have been impossible to access with suitcases. We opted not to stay there and went to the Travelodge

Cons:

Not the sort of accomodation we are used to staying in . We expected more of Booking.com and feel we were misled
