Very clean and well maintained, easily accessible
Washroom was small
Location was good to get around Thamel. Arrived late at night and no issues checking in. Room was a good size and clean. Staff were understanding of our issues
Unfortunately we had a terrible sleep due to music until 3am (Thursday night) and road noise, despite earplugs.

This hotel is particularly quiet and in excellent health condition. The bathroom floor is well taken care of. The front desk staff are very professional. Will stay again in the future.

It's a superb location and nice staffs. Size of room is very big & every this in top notch. So clean room and Ironing facility on request & they are acting very fast if you ask anything. Food is very clean.
1. In booking.com they mention price in US$, but they don't accept foreign currency, you need to pay by NPR only.
2. I had breakfast in Roof top restaurant, In menu mention Two eggs (Any style) @ NPR:100/= but Bill mentioning NPR:265/= this happens with me twice, I need to ask them to change it. T/4 pls ask detailed bill & heck with the Menu.
3. if you stay after 12.00 (Check-out time) Per hour need to pay NPR:720/= And this is the 1st time my 23 years traveling life i have to pay to stay 1 hour after check-out. every hotel having some tolerance. even some of Nepal hotels they allow me to stay even 3 hours in free of charge.
4. In cause of any power flair, they don't have power backup system. no generator, only 1 emergency light will work.
Brand new boutique hotel! And it’s in a great location, within walking distance of temple square!
