Location was great.
Place is nice and clean, looks exactly like in the picture.
Should provide drying cloth rack. Its troublesome to use the public dryer.
Should also provide laundry detergent.
The bedroom portion of the apartment looked nice, clean and neat, as it did in the photos online. The AC worked well.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and we were unable to air it out sufficiently for us to unpack and stay there. The toilet-paper holder had fallen off the wall and was left on a shelf. It fell off again when I tried to put it back. There were electrical cords strung across the sink in the kitchen area. When I informed the host of the situation, nothing was offered other than an apology blaming whoever stayed there before us. We informed the host we would not stay, and we booked a hotel elsewhere in Tokyo that same night. Later, the host (who writes from a different time zone) seemed to deny the cigarette usage (in Japanese), and he sent a photo of someone else's luggage in the space seeming to falsely accuse us of staying in the room. He must have a camera in the space. We never asked for our money back, but he said he would not refund anything. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a booking.com or other apartment.

Location to Shibuya is exceptional. Clean, good communication with owner (even though no face to face contact needed). Good aircon
Impossible to cook anything due to tiny kitchen. But we ate out mostly so wasn't an issue. Pillows were like rocks. Be prepared for late night outside noise esp due to location proximity to bars etc
