503 One Pontefino Towers

Comfortable bed, great Wifi, large TV with Netflix ,. Near to SM store and great restaurants and bars. Very effective microwave with grill setting. Tasteful decor and small balcony ,private and quiet with good security. Definitely would book again when back in Batangas

I loved the host, and the very beautiful apartment which had everything we needed, and was very comfortable and clean

Lovely decor ,very quiiet and private. Good security, lots of great restaurants cafés and bars nearby. Very close to the large SM shopping mall . Comfortable bed ,great aircon and a microwave that has a grill setting too . Excellent WiFi with Netflix and other channels on a huge clear TV at the end of the bed ! A big table and comfortable tasteful seating arrangements a kettle and lots of wardrobe space. A good size fridge with separate freezer cupboard / compartment .Very nice warm shower and toilet with basin and big mirror . The unit is compact and bijoux I loved the ambience and colour scheme as well as the small balcony with astro turf .a table and chair. I took pictures of Black Naped Orioles from the balcony in the morning . The Tower is linked to PomteFino Hotel by a corridor and it has it's smaller shallow swimming pool than the hotel itself to cool off in , that's not far from the 3 elevators that play a jovial little tune as they gllide quickly , smoothly and reliably to your floor.
I want to come back and stay soon! I extended my stay as I was having transport problems and it never crossed my mind to go somewhere else because I enjoyed being in unit 503 so much. Ellen the owner is lovely approachable and easy to contact and she is quick to respond to any questions or queries you have ..503 is well worth a visit! For me as a solo traveller it was the perfect room for a great stay in Batangas.

Very comfortable quiet room tastefully decorated with a balcony.and good facilities and great Wifi and large screen tv . Situated in an area with easy access to large shopping mall and many great restaurants . The gardens surrounding the building are very beautiful and well kept. The management are friendly and very accessible. I would most certainly recommend unit 503 to other solo travelrs. Ih and the bed is very comfortable too.

Very comfortable room with great amenities lots of wardrobe space a large dining table ,comfortable bed and bedding, with a balcony . The TV + WiFi was very good it also had an excellent shower and washing room . Very effective silent air-conditioning unit. The decor was tasteful and the lighting created a nice ambience. I was very pleased with my stay

Lovely little studio – clean, cozy, and comfortable.
The place was well-kept and had everything we needed for a night.
It’s not far from the harbour – just a short ride (around 200 pesos), and there are few nice local restaurants nearby.

Just a small observation – we were a bit surprised to see that similar accommodations in Batangas are priced higher than in Manila or even El Nido.

Accessible to most of the places that I usually go to.

The shower curtains kept sticking on my body while taking a bath and washing the dishes on the bathroom sink was a bit uncomfortable.
Nonetheless, the rest about the unit is excellent and I really enjoyed my stay. The place was really clean and peaceful. Also cool how the oven has both microwave and grilling feature. Looking forward to booking this place again in the future.

Clean and easy check and check out. Convenient location close to the hotel restaurant for food and coffee and SM mall nearby for cheaper options.
