The Edge FT7

It was VERY noisy at night from the outside. There are some kind of industrial ventilators under the balcony that make noise. In addition to that - there were 4 fights and 1 loud metal container removal during our 3 night stay. The neighborhood is not the safest at night (we were 2 girls).

Bagno con doccia difettosa, tappeto indecente. Soprattutto le chiavi introvabili. Siamo arrivati un giorno di ritardo per cancellazione volo aeroporto heatrow. Codice combinazione cassetta chiavi cambiato e non comunicato. Inoltre ostacolato da mobili nell'atrio che rendevano invisibile la cassetta. Il gestore non ha risposto alle chiamate ed abbiamo rischiato di passare la notte sulle scale.

On entend facilement les voisins de chambre et l'extérieur, quelques renovations sont à faire dans la salle de bain (porte de douche, carrelage décollé, fuite d'eau, seuil de la porte)

Overall, the property met my expectations.

No proper air conditioning in very hot weather.

The lock was broken, had to be let in by someone already inside

Había algunas cosas rotas (radiador, baño...) Entraba mucho ruido por el balcón, día y noche se escuchaban ambulancias, coches, carga y descarga de contenedores, etc.

The location is a little far from the center. It was also very noisy during the night and early morning because our room was at the back of the building, right next to a storage area. From around 3 a.m., people would arrive to collect merchandise from the containers and prepare their shops, with loud trolleys constantly moving back and forth.

The lack of a key box also made both check-in and check-out inconvenient. We had to wait for the cleaner to arrive to collect the key, and when we left, we had to leave the key inside the room, which meant we couldn't lock the apartment door behind us, leaving the other guests with an unlocked door.

Estaba todo sucio tanto en el cuarto como en las áreas comunes y el baño era desagradable de lo sucio. Pedí que lo limpien y me quisieron cobrar un extra.

Everything inside room was good. But the hotel was stinking outside room, thoughout the building.

Sconsiglio il soggiorno in questo appartamento durante l'inverno: siamo stati dal 12 al 16 febbraio, e abbiamo inizialmente patito il freddo in bagno e in cucina (in bagno è presente uno scaldasalvietta ma non funziona per niente). Abbiamo comunicato il disagio e ci hanno fornito un termo ventilatore per cercare di scaldare l'ambiente come meglio potevamo. A parte questo inconveniente, questo appartamento è sempre bello e accogliente, è la seconda volta che veniamo.

Most probably have not read small letter is advertisement, but not a fact! Appartment is shared with others!! Fot the amount of money, EUR300,- 2 nights you stay hostel a like. If you are aware of this you will not have any issues, if not, you will be negatively suprised. Out side appartment during the night very noisy, be carefull!!

Cold and not clean

Room reeked of marijuana, front door lock was broken, and there were intimidating guests. The girls never stayed there out of fear. The management has been uncooperative.
