Limpieza , me ayudaron con late checkout de dos horas
Comida , piscina y el mar lleno de piedras , olvidé una maleta y no me llamaron a decir , estaba toda mi ropa ahí y medicinas , me van a cobrar una tarifa por enviar y lo harán un día después de mi estancia cuando el checkout fue a las 2pm.
The hotel is terribly Managed. This is the second time I have come to this place. Unfortunately, there are always customer service issues. This time it was the towels and breakfasts. In addition, we caught a virus. They oversold breakfasts to people who were not hotel guests, leaving those of us who paid in advance with nothing to eat but the leftovers. The initial explanation was that those of us who paid should understand that it was high season. The same thing happened with the lack of towels in the room. They even had the audacity to say that towels are not given daily. Unacceptable excuses, since, if they knew how to manage a hotel, they could plan ahead for the high season. They are all novices at every level with no experience in hospitality services. The hotel is poorly managed. They also call themselves a Spa, and I did not see any spa.
Esta es la segunda vez que vengo a este sitio. Lastimosamente, siempre hay problemas de atención al cliente. Esta vez fueron las toallas y los desayunos. Además, agarramos un virus. Sobrevendieron desayunos a personas que no eran huéspedes del hotel, dejando a los que pagamos con anterioridad sin nada para comer. La explicación inicial es que los que pagamos debíamos entender que era temporada alta. Lo mismo pasó con la falta de toallas en la habitación. Con la osadía además de decir que no se dan toallas diariamente. Escusas inaceptables, ya que, si supieran manejar un hotel, podrían hacer los cálculos necesarios para el buen manejo de los servicios en temporada alta. Todos son novatos a todo nivel. El hotel está pesimamente manejado. Se llaman también Spa, y no vi ningún spa.
Es un bonito lugar sin embargo los precios del restaurante me parecieron exhorbitantes
Jama campay was excellent. It’s a little far out, but worth the trip. It’s very quiet, right on the ocean. The beach is very private. There is plenty of space—no waiting for a cabana or lounge chair. The staff is super nice and very attentive.

Lo bueno: el atardecer estuvo precioso y desde la playa del hotel se observo un paisaje precioso. La cama muy comoda, y com vista directa al mar, los parasoles y asientos muy cómodos
Lo No tan bueno: La señal de internet no sirve y x lo tanto tampoco sirve la tv. En la habitación habia insectos muertos y en la ducha estaba sucio el lugar donde se coloca el shampoo y acondicionador. No hubo cena en el restaurante y fue necesario salir al centro de Jama, q se encuentra a 20 minutos...
The facilities are great. The staff needs to be better trained to meet high international standard costumer service. if costumer service would be at high quality INERNATIONAL STANDARD, this place would be more than amazing.
Staff was not trained to offer high quality HOSPITALITY. They are local people with no hospitality training. It would be great if the staff would be trained better. Additionally, they call themselves a 'spa' resort, but the spa was nowhere to be seen.
