Die Nähe zum Zentrum. Zimmer geräumig.

Cons:

Die Zielangabe der vorgeschlagene Route führt endet an einer anderen Ecke der richtigen Straße, so daß man erstmal falsch sucht. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Parkplatz, den man bei Maps gefunden hat, wurde mir versichert, das es Diesen noch gibt. Die Info war nicht mehr aktuell. Große Baustelle. An der Straße geparkt. Teuer. Die ganze Gegend ist sehr schmutzig. Kennt man nur aus den Problemvierteln Berlins. Straßenbahn vor den Fenstern. Sollte man wissen. Auch das oft die Erste Hilfe vorbei fährt. UNI-Nähe. Das Bad billig schick gemacht. Beim Fernseher sollte man sich mit Streaming auskennen. Fazit: Gern wieder ein Hotel.

Super Lage, ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Lage war hervorragend

Cons:

Unsauber (ich habe wirklich noch nie so ein schäbiges Bad gesehen).

Es war sehr laut.

Äußerst spartanisch eingerichtet.

Eine sehr zentrale und zweckmäßige Unterkunft, die mit etwas mehr Maintenance zu mehr Wohlgefühl sorgen könnte.
Pros:

Die Lage, 2 große und bequeme Betten, Kaffeemaschine u Wasserkocher im Zimmer

Cons:

Der Checkin war etwas verwirrend. Mehrere Mails gleichzeitig, die widersprüchlich waren. Der Online Check in war nicht zu finden in einer Mail, in dem er angekündigt war. Der Chat hat dann die Auskunft gegeben, dass es in dieser Unterkunft keinen Online Check in gibt.
Das Bad war sauber, aber scheint auf den 1. Blick nicht so. Überall war die schwarze Farbe löchrig. Es machte den Anschein von Flecken.
Die Straße ist stark befahren, daher ist es bei offenem Fenster laut.

Cons:

Fernbedienung für TV hat gefehlt - Ersatz war nicht zu bekommen obwohl dies bekannt war.
Es gibt bei 3 Betten nur 2 Nachttische mit Lampen - einer geht leer aus.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip geeignet
Pros:

Sauber, warm, kontaktloses Ein- und Auschecken, 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr abgewohnt, Schrammen an Wänden und Fußboden. Das Bad hat nach Fäkalien gerochen...eklig. Wir haben uns Raumspray gekauft.

The location is good. Close to the main station and best attractions in Leipzig.

Cons:

Everything is automatic and very unpersonal. We arrived at the room five minutes after the checkout to get the luggage and we couldn't get in. Fortunately there was a cleaner nearby that helped us.
The mattress is very uncomfortable.
