Reibungsloser kontaktloser Check-In und Check-Out, zentrale Lage, großzügige Zimmer, Küche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung aller Gäste.

Es war alles zweckmäßig. Unweit von 2 Haltestellen und einem Bäcker sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Wir waren zur Buchmesse dort. Deshalb Hans ich den Preis total überzogen. Für 2 Nächte haben wir zu viert € 600,00 bezahlt. Wäre es ein tolles Hotel gewesen, hätte ich nichts geschrieben. Dafür war es auch abends länger laut von unten. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern vor Ort. Zum Einschlafen war dies nicht gut. Es waren auch im Zimmer sowie auch im Bad zu viele „Macken“ in der Tür/Wänden. Leider kommen wir nicht wieder. Haben leider auch zu spät für die Messe gebucht.

KEIN SCHLAF am Freitag/Samstag möglich, weil direkt eine Latino Bar daneben ist!
Cons:

Das Zimmer 8 liegt direkt neben/über einer Latino Bar, in welcher freitags bis 2 Uhr und samstags bis 5 Uhr laute Musik gespielt wird. Selbst mit Ohrstöpseln war es nicht möglich zu schlafen.

Laut Betreiber war es angeblich der Späti und wir hätten die Polizei rufen sollen.
Das ist aber nicht richtig! Wir haben ein Foto mit der Latino Bar und dem Zimmer direkt daneben gemacht!
Links ist die Latino Bar und rechts über dem Imbiss das beleuchtete Fenster ist Zimmer 8.

Wir haben gleich schräg gegenüber ein ausgezeichnetes Café (mit Frühstück ab 9 Uhr)gefunden.Sehr lecker und empfehlenswert sehr

Die Nähe zum Zentrum. Zimmer geräumig.

Cons:

Die Zielangabe der vorgeschlagene Route führt endet an einer anderen Ecke der richtigen Straße, so daß man erstmal falsch sucht. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Parkplatz, den man bei Maps gefunden hat, wurde mir versichert, das es Diesen noch gibt. Die Info war nicht mehr aktuell. Große Baustelle. An der Straße geparkt. Teuer. Die ganze Gegend ist sehr schmutzig. Kennt man nur aus den Problemvierteln Berlins. Straßenbahn vor den Fenstern. Sollte man wissen. Auch das oft die Erste Hilfe vorbei fährt. UNI-Nähe. Das Bad billig schick gemacht. Beim Fernseher sollte man sich mit Streaming auskennen. Fazit: Gern wieder ein Hotel.
