Pros:

Room was very spacious and had all the amenties advertised. Location-wise wasn't too bad, its about a 5 minute walk between 2 stations (closer to 10minutes if you're a slow walker). Lots of local foods if you walk towards Tamachi/Mita station and very accessible to Haneda Airport via Hamamatsucho. Price was very reasonable also for the size of room you're given.

Cons:

Just being picky, but would be nice to have a washing machine; not a deal breaker in my opinion.

Everything was perfect. It’s our fourth stay at this hotel and we are planning coming next summer

It is perfect for a family with kids

Cons:

Last year when we stayed at the property there was a young gentleman at the reception who was very rude and didn’t want to talk to me neither in Japanese nor in English. He just left in to his back office and told me he has no time to talk to me.
But this year the staff were very nice and friendly and also very helpful.
