Staff Service was very bad, especially the manager. The second location is also very bad, it's too deep from the main road. It is very difficult to travel by car & walk as well.

Worst dont stay is too far and above all the staff was rude and unprofessional. Worst hotel ever

We didn't stayed in hotel as it was the worst room they were giving us. They are fraud and they show something else and actual rooms were worst without balcony

Cons:

It was a horrible experience don't go you will get cheated by them. Staff is nonsense specially the Gm worst person I have seen ever.

The approach road is steeply down from the main road and It's too narrow

Cons:

Despite my booking with breakfast options, they were completely unprepared to serve breakfast even at 8.30 am. I had to shout to get them to make something... I do not.like to be in such unsavory situations during my holidays!

Good offbeat location in case one is not expecting frills. Safe and warm staff.
Pros:

The staff is hospitable and warm. Breakfast served was good. While ala carte service was bit slow due to their effort to serve too many together. Overall above average.

Cons:

Team can do much better in terms of fore planning. Important is they are open to feedback and were seen working on the same , as difference could be seen between day 1 and day 3.
