I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
Pros:

Our upstairs unit was a large room with balcony. It was sunny with a kitchenette. The location was great, walking distance to the Palace, the river and the main town. It had a great swimming pool.

Cons:

The pool is great to swim in but it isn’t for relaxing around as no area to do that. Getting to the room is ‘interesting’ but great once you’re there.

Great budget accommodation for longer stays or a couple of nights
Pros:

Although I only stayed two nights this apartment is really great for someone staying for a week or even a month. The kitchen is provisioned enough that you can prepare your own simple meals, if you get sick of eating out. There are shops close by that you can buy food to cook. They are also plenty of restaurants that you can eat at. If you are feeling a little homesick there is a KFC on the corner.

There is a large wardrobe, desk and a large fridge. There are a Power Points next to the bed. The bathroom has hot water and simple toiletries. The bed itself was a little bit soft or lumpy but not uncomfortable.

It is close to the palace and also a short took took ride to the S 21 prison or a longer ride to get to the killing fields. I thought the location was quite convenient to get to bus, train or to the airport.

Cons:

It was quite difficult for the tuk tuk driver to find the location even with the address in the local language. In the end what worked for me was that I had taken a screen shot of Google Maps Street view so I knew what it looked like. The Cafe Black is a good landmark but not a great landmark, check out Google Maps Street view to orient yourself to the location. If you are using passapp or GRAB you probably won’t have that trouble.

Ideal for short or longer stays
Pros:

Relaxing in the swimming pool (clean by the way). Soaking up the sun. The property has everything including cutlery, a kitchen sink, cloths, office table, hot shower, cups and the like. I enjoyed my stay and can't complain in the slightest.

If I ever go to Phnom Penh again, I will book a room here.
Pros:

It was a great, comfortable, and cheap stay. There are many supermarkets, shops, street food vendors, and restaurants nearby. The property is a bit away from the noisy streets, which allows you to enjoy the quiet and cozy atmosphere by the outdoor pool.

Cons:

I have nothing to complain about. You won't find anything better for this price.

Cons:

It's not clean. The shower was very mouldy, and not comfortable at all. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. I think is possible to find something better for the same price

Comfortable and Convenient
Pros:

We arrived in the middle of the night and it was no Problem to check-in. The Host is super friendly and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The area around the pool could have more seating/chill options.

Pros:

A double, ensuite, with cooking facilities and a pool, in the middle of a major city; for ten quid! Can't beat that.

Cons:

The bathroom facilities consisted of an empty toilet roll, half a mini bottle of shampoo and a used bar of soap.
