Nice building, ok location, close to highway.
Pros:

Was close to where I needed to be. The breakfast was good with a modern pancake machine (self serve) in place of the traditional waffle machine

Cons:

The surrounding neighborhood was run down. Had some rough looking spots. The one way in, one way out parking lot was a little challenging the first couple times.

Pros:

Easy access to highway and UWF. I booked here 2 more times after this stay.

The room felt as though it was not thoroughly cleaned. we found dirty panties from the last tenant in the bathroom.

Excellent, the 2nd time around
Pros:

Everything! This is our second time staying @ this property. It still smells great, the staff is so nice & the beds are still so comfy. For our short stays this is our go-to. Especially when we aren’t just coming for the beach.
