Beds- a little on the hard side. Pillows are full of feathers so they go flat quick.

Cons:

Absolutely RUDE worker at late check in. No hospitality at this front desk. It was rather shocking how indifferent and unwelcoming this worker was.

Excellent for airport layover and more
Pros:

Clean. Fitness room had weights as well as cardio. Good selection of items for breakfast. Staff was friendly. Airport shuttle is actually done via uber, which makes it quicker than waiting for bus

Cons:

Not much around the hotel for restaurants, especially on Sunday.

Will not stay again.

The location was nice and the breakfast was good. Lots of options.

Cons:

Most of the staff were rude (not all) or couldn’t communicate in English. We are on our way home, all in desperate need of a shower! We could not get towels! There were towels at the pool for towels…empty! Went to the front desk and they said they didn’t have any and to find a housekeeper and ask for towels…..they couldn’t understand me and just told me to go to the front desk. Overheard another guest asking for towels and toilet paper and the employee said I know we have toilet paper but no towels!?! And the lobby smelt terrible. Idk if it was the cleaning supplies they were using or mucky water but it was rough!
