Pros:

We liked everything. Stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer if we would have been staying in the area.

Worst Experience Ever!
Pros:

There was NOTHING I liked about this property or experience!

Cons:

Amanda is the worst in customer experience. She made fun of my last name (I have this recorded on my voicemail and she gave her name) when I told her about it, instead of admitting her undeniably evident insincerity she denied it and called me a liar! If this is the kind of employees Holiday Inn Express hires, then I will take my money elsewhere and let everyone know what this hotel is really about!!

Pretty good!

Cons:

Housekeeping kept letting doors close on the deadbolt causing loud noise and vibration.
On 2 days this happened, frequently, from 1100-1400.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and room was great.

Cons:

When I arrived looked through booking and saw my room was decreased by 200 dollars. I didn't get the new rate for the room.

Quick Getaway
Pros:

I loved that the facility was modern, clean, and spacious. The breakfast for good and my kids enjoyed the popcorn machine. The location was easily accessible to restaurants and shopping.

Pros:

Location was nice. Right off the I-10

Cons:

There weren't enough towels in the room. Housekeeping seems to not check. But they were very nice at giving more towels at the front desk.

The location

Cons:

My bed was dirty with dead skin & black sock residue. I had to get new sheets that I had to put on. One of the kitchen's staff employees had terrible customer service because she did not want to change the pancake mix bag when clearly the machine kept saying change it. So we had to wait until she decided she wanted to. Everything else was pretty cool I guess.
